My experience with BKT was wonderful. Haley really got my deign ideas and we worked so well together for creating my dream kitchen. Her attention to detail and my overall vision was made possible by her professionalism and talent. The entire process was smooth and fun even during a pandemic with things that were beyond out control. We are excited for more home projects w haley and her team in the future.

I ordered material for a bathroom remodel and paid in full at the time of the order. I was told my material would be in in 4 weeks. After 8 weeks, they told me they could not get my order filled and offered a refund. Two months after they promised a refund, I'm still fight for it. Update: My credit card fraud department reversed the charges from BKT. Four month of dealing with these terrible people are over!

My experience with my kitchen project has been above and beyond. Every worker who has walked thru the door has done a fine job. I want to especially thank Phil and Josh for managing me and my project. Phil always informative and on top of things. Josh does clean work and always will to go above and beyond. Thank you to Gayle with design help and keeping me within my budget. I hope to have bathroom done by BKT and will request this same team.

I would definitely give Chrystal, the Showroom Manager and BKT five stars. Everything she coordinated from contractors, time tables, drawings, materials purchasing, cost and execution occurred exactly as we were told. Chrystal has an excellent sense of style as well as measurement and mechanical nature of how a project will appear and physically come together. The contractors she chose, AH Junior General Contractors, could not have been better. They were always on time, kept the area clean and organized and were excellent craftsman. We are using them for several other projects at this writing. We would not hesitate to use Chrystal and BKT, as well as the contractors for our future projects.

We just completed a renovation of our laundry room and half bath. The experience with BK&T was wonderful. We received valuable support from the designer (Kristin) who was patient and full of useful suggestions. The installation operation couldn't have been better with Eddie supervising the overall schedule. He provided exceptional service and was always a phone call away to answer questions or provide information. Our installation team of Phil and Josh handled their work as the professionals they are. We were very happy with their work and the fact that they cleaned up the site extremely well before they left each day. I can't praise them enough. The tile and countertop teams were also very skilled. I will gladly use BK&T again for future renovations.

Jason & Jason were amazing! They are perfectionist and 100% trustworthy! They did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. Gail was also beyond amazing, patient and knowledgeable. She helped us design our dream kitchen. Highly recommend BKTC! We had gotten 5 estimates before them and each prior tried to up us at least $10,000 just about when we're ready to sign. Highly recommend BKTC and we will be back for more areas. I'll post pics but will paint soon:) Everything came out better than we could have imagined. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous from beginning to end! Jason& Jason were amazing. Their work was impeccable and I trusted them 100%! They are both perfectionists which we loved! Gail helped us chose the cabinets and accessories. She is also amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. Couldn't have gotten the results we wanted without her. We love everything BKTC did it was beyond our expectations. Can't wait to do more areas of the house!

Horrible! Please do not use this company! Our bathroom project has turned into a nightmare because the workers they use are not qualified to do the job they hire them to do.. our tiles are not aligned and they do not measure correctly. Too many mistakes to mention. Find another company.

Comentado: Tile brand and name?This is Silver Travertini 12x24 tile from Garden State Tile. This tile has been discontinued by Garden State Tile but Lint Tile offers something similar.
