Jeanne (Sensitive Information Hidden) was amazing! She was so helpful, she designed 4 beautiful closets and designed exactly for our needs. She is so professional and knowledgeable! I really recommend you call her for your closet needs! She will design your closet based on your needs and wants and will not push anything on you! My wife and I really appreciate her!

After using 2 inferior other companies in the past, experiencing the designing of my closets with Jeanne and the company, I cannot believe the difference in professionalism, perfection, accuracy in design and install AND the options from the materials, accessories, patterns and details. The fair price for all the details I added in on top of which surpassed any other company for just a basic sub par closet in the past. The warehouse is overwhelming to know the many styles out there that NO other company has ever offered me. Jeanne was right on all questions, even providing her cell phone and the installer Mark finished by cleaning the area and wiping down all the shelves so it is move in ready! This company makes me so grateful I saved the best for last but wish I knew sooner how this experience should be for everyone! Im in awe with my stunning designs and finished product!

We recently bought a new home in Coral Springs/Parkland area and needed an office complete with desk, book shelves, and drawers. The room dedicated to this had a custom double obtuse angle for two windows overlooking the pool deck. We tried standard desks until we could get something more permanent but the off angles were horrible. After some research and ads, we contacted the Closet Factory. Jeanne Hessen came to our home within a day or two after contacting them. We went over some ideas and she took basic measurements. Jeanne brought years of experience to the table. We were then scheduled to go to the office to finalize the details and pricing. The showroom was very professional and detailed. There were no hidden fees or upcharges. The prices were given straight up front. A second set of measurements was then scheduled by the installation team. The process was very personal and professional! Whenever you are dealing with a custom project, especially with the weird angles we had, the project is going to have issues. Thus we we hired the professionals. The project was indeed not without issues, however; the Closet Factory stood by their work, made a couple of extra visits, and got it right with no extra charges or fees! The project turned out way better than we expected! We now have an amazing office! We highly recommend the Closet Factory and Jeanne! Their customer service was outstanding, their work was of high quality, and everyone was very professional! Thank you Jeanne and the Closet Factory!
