Getting the work started is good, the finished result not so much. I'll start with the original price quoted turned into a higher price that was not taken into account, which is not desirable but it happens. The way the turf was laid along with the outlining was shabby. The barrier that separates the rocks from the turf started to bend up and separate. I contacted them and they said they would fix it.... Now getting a response and having someone come was way more of a hassle then it should of been. Emails and responses with no action on the responses.... So I'd give the customer service when it comes to being responsive a 1 star. While laying the concrete they were not careful and I have concrete splatter spots on my house, obviously not careful and of course they did not fix it. Heck, they splatter that got on my screen and backyard window he really smeared it and didn't clean it at all. I had to go behind him and clean it correctly. While doing the yard work, they did not notice or have the experience to tell that the a drain would suck some of the yard during a heavy rain. I guess they didn't know how to work around it. They literally did everything from the cement to the first... didn't take into account that a drain was in a position to suck in part of the yard. Either way my house builder took care of that. Eventually they came out and fixed some of the barrier section separating the turf from the rocks, they couldn't fix the other section until my builder fixed the dirt in the corner. When my builder fixed it I contacted him about coming and fixing the rest of the issues in the yard ... and he tried to go into it's not free to fix things and wanted to charge me for his shoddy work! I then told him that the gate on the side of the house scrapes on the concrete that he laid every time it opens, he then tells me that the gate got lower... he seriously told me that my Infrastructure some how sank lower so the gate scrapes on the concrete and that is not his fault. Poor concrete job that he will not acknowledge, poor turf job that he wanted to charge me to fix, poor communication, and if they actually come to fix things then it will take you a month or more just to get them to come. As of now I would tell you to go with another company, because these are expensive jobs and this company takes no ownership, has poor communication, does not clean up after themselves, takes forever to fix its shoddy work, and really seems to be about getting money and treating you like an afterthought. Unless they change and care enough to fix these issues I have to keep my 1 star....

Incredible work! Super perfectionist and attentive! He made all the changes I wanted and left me free to get in touch with each new question. Followed all deadlines! The price is really low for the experience and perfection. The ultra real presentation is amazing! won me over! Highly recommend!
