She designed the layout and made recommendations for furnishings in multiple rooms of our home. Services went very well. Tiffany was professional and took into account our needs when decorating our home. She was punctual and always "went the extra mile" to accommodate our busy schedule. Our home looks beautiful and we have Tiffany to thank for that!

From our first appointment I knew that Tiffany was a designer I would be happy working with. She was on time for every meeting and came with fabric choices that were beautiful, of great quality and perfect for my taste. She understands her clients and what they are wanting and when I didn't really know, she was able to ask the right questions to help get me on the right track. She never pushed her taste and was very considerate of what I wanted. She is a great guide in helping you find just the right "fit" The workroom Tiffany uses is incredible. The workmanship of my window treatments is perfect. I believe Tiffany is the best in the business. She is honest, reliable, professional and courteous. Her prices are very competitive and the quality of her work is amazing. I will use her again and again."

Tiffany helped me select and arrange furniture, accessories and art in my home. She was extremely easy to work with and was very helpful. She took into consideration my personal, cherished art and budget. Her ideas were fresh and constructive, at times helping me think outside the box and yet, honoring my tastes and limits. She was very friendly, professional and timely. She designed it in such a way that I would have never thought of, and I am very happy with the end result. .

Do yourself a favor and hire Tiffany! She quickly evaluated our style (or lack thereof!) and selected paint colors for us to choose from. She had some great, cost effective, ideas for us that we also will incorporate. She ended up helping us select wallpaper and created her Home Style Kit with recommendations for specific art and accessories to complement our overall look. Her recommendations were stylish, very reasonably priced, and readily available at local and online retailers. She recommended painting, woodwork and wallpaper contractors that she works with, and we've found them to be very knowledgeable and do great work.

" I worked with Tiffany on a handful of rooms in our house including the master bedroom, upstairs bathroom, living room, garage turned into entertainment room, study/office, dining room/family room, and TV room. I initially purchased her 2 hour Angie’s List special and went on to purchase the design for four rooms and then added another three. Her prices are very reasonable--approximately $400/room. Her Look Book/Style Kits include everything to redesign a room: wall colors, flooring, lighting, furniture, accessories. She gives specific recommendations and tells you where you can buy the items and is happy to give other suggestions if needed. The whole approach works well for me as I get professional design advice, a cohesive look, and the ability to implement the different stages as I can afford it. She also chooses fabrics for curtains/drapes/chairs and makes decorative pillows that go with the room’s design. She is super nice, very approachable, understands that the implementation of a design may need to go in stages for many of us, and is always available for guidance and questions. I have showed her work to colleagues and friends who are really impressed at this novel approach to design. She also has tips and videos on her website. Once you work with her, you are able to access a treasure trove of tips and tricks and the latest on what is happening in the design world. I highly recommend her.

Tiffany designed our exquisite smart kitchen and family room. She listened to our priorities and delivered thorough designs that made a nearly impossible small space function properly, with great astetics. I sought 3 designers with their vision boards and Tiffany’s was complete and favored a realistic fully functioning work, dining and gathering home center. As challenges arose with construction, she provided advice and collaborated with all tradesmen as well. She became our champion liaison with a prickly project manager. Her timely responsiveness meant lightning fast texts, calls, emails, and house visits. The evolution of her design for layout and colors brought options for cabinetry, countertops, flooring, painting, tile, lighting, furniture, fabrics (so many!), wallpaper, floating shelves, window treatments and specialty glass. She provided numerous choices sensitive to practicality and budget. She assisted with providing tradespeople for specialty tasks, three that grace our home: fabulous faux painting making a simple beam looked carved, a tricky specialty glass door opening, and voice activated lighting system powered by Lutron. Tiffany’s thorough follow through, intuition, reliability, creativity, dedication, patience, and infectious positive mindset made her the perfect match for us. Her client analysis skills are rare. And she is affordable.

I didn't give a 5 only because we lived in the home while work was on-going and thank-fully I have a flexible job schedule where I could be home if I felt I needed too. There's a lot of trust that has to happen with leaving your home open to the trades. full-service 2.5 I personally need more transparency on costs. Next time I would negotiate a fixed design fee (which she does offer) and pay for all goods and services directly to providers or via Tiffany provided direct invoices from providers are supplied. I got confused along the way. I would of liked to see a complete bullet list of all items to perform project up front. There was one provided but it didn't include items such as jewelry to totally complete the effort. However, we did complete one later in the project. interface 5 personable positive patient flexible

I recently had Tiffany Lee Ann Designs redo my family and living rooms. My home was decorated in a Tuscan style and I decided I wanted to go Contemporary Modern. I gave Tiffany a budget to work with and made sure she knew I wasn’t going to go over it. She not only stayed within the budget, she saved me money on the furnishings and art that would be replacing what I presently had. She never once tried to convince me to go with a more expensive item. Tiffany met with me, and at our next visit arrived with her designer concept drawings for my rooms. They were fantastic! I changed nothing, and the whole job was done within the time she told me. I highly recommend using Tiffany Lee Ann Designs for any design need you might have.

I had been living in my current home for a year without any decor or pictures on the walls. I wanted help in organizing and designing a tasteful display of artwork and photos to give my home a cozier feel. I learned of Tiffany's services and was extremely pleased with her flexibility and availability. She brought all of the supplies and tools necessary for the job and completed the project in a timely manner. My husband was surprised at how nicely everything came together.
