THE enhanced HOME

Working with Eduardo and the Enhanced Home has been problematic. From the beginning he ignored our budget and concerns regarding the safety of our small children, even saying "they won't be kids forever." They are 2 & 4 years old, so they might as well be kids forever. We never saw mockups, layouts, mood boards, or color schemes. When asked for this info, I was repeatedly told to "trust me." The furniture he recommended, and we purchased, is overpriced, poor quality and unsafe for our children. It has become apparent that he also marked up the furniture for his profit. He didn't wait for fabric approval before ordering, and refused to refund the purchase. We were misled regarding timelines (above and beyond understandable covid delays), emails and texts were ignored for two months out of the six month contract, and he lost the key to our home. I can't say anything regarding his staging business, but I have a lot to say about his interior design services and none of it is good. Eduardo is very persuasive and slick with words, so we believed he had our best intentions at heart. This was not the case. He is well aware of how we feel, and admitted that we didn't get the service we paid for but did nothing to redeem himself or his work. I would recommend avoiding The Enhanced Home if you have children, a budget, or care about furniture quality. I wouldn't trust the positive online reviews, as they appear to be full of Eduardo's family & friends.

Edwardo is awesome. My husband and I purchased an art wall feom him and we got it earlier than promise and we love it. I wish he lived in Houston to decorate our home. Thanks again

Eduardo just finished staging my home and I spent the evening repeatedly walking around the house marveling at how wonderful it looked. By using my furniture and personal belongings, the house feels familiar and not at all artificial --- but it is MUCH more pulled together and appealing. Eduardo arranged the rooms and combined belongings in ways that never would have occurred to me. I'll be taking some pieces to my new home that I had planned to discard because Eduardo showed how they can really add to the feel of a room. I can't recommend Eduardo highly enough.

The first time I hired Eduardo I came home and could not stop smiling. My girlfriend and I had moved in together. She had a collection of more modern furniture. Mine was totally different. Eduardo spent the day carefully moving both furniture and art with a small team of people at my townhouse. When I came home that afternoon it felt like I had walked into a beautiful new home. He made my home feel like I had gone out and spent tens of thousands on new furniture but it was the same things moved into new places. A table that I had felt certainly belonged in one place was now in a new room. My large, clunky couch had been moved but was still in use. Art was re-arranged. I felt like it was a new house and I loved it. As I walked into each room it was like I was discovering a new home all over again. In the fall of 2013 Erica and I got married and bought a house together. We had another great experience with Eduardo. He is an incredible stylist and now I don't even purchase furniture without talking to him first. He saves me time and money because I don't purchase the wrong pieces. Eduardo has an incredible gift and a special touch and I highly recommend him for both staging a home to sell or for styling the home that you are living in.

Eduardo has a gift and vision to showcase his clients homes. I'm in awe of his ability to see through what is to what can be. Amazing.

Eduardo was a gem! He came into our home and created such a beautiful setting that we were not sure we wanted to move! The best news, is that he used our own furniture and we just paid for two paintings that were perfect for our house. We received an offer immediately and then multiple offers came through. I highly believe that the presentation made a huge difference. In addition to his skill, he was very respectful and aware that there was a family living in the home with three children and a dog. He made sure he was available but was never overbearing or intrusive. I highly recommend him as a stager for your home!

There really aren't words for the talent that Eduardo displays and the magic he can create in a space. I have now used Eduardo 3 times. First, in my suburban home as it was preparing to sell. Eduardo's styling made it show beautifully and it closed quickly. Next, from the suburbs I moved into the city and I wanted a warm yet modern style to compliment my new in-city condo. Eduardo moved seamlessly from my more Northwest style into helping me create the perfect eclectic modern space using most of what I already owned. Finally, when my company relocated me from Seattle to Chicago, my total confidence in Eduardo and my desire to have the same inspired results required that I bring him to the windy city to help me set-up home there as well. It was no surprise that my friends in Seattle and now my new friends in Chicago all say that my home looks like "something out of a magazine". Wow! Thanks Eduardo, you are AMAZING!

After my divorce, I was wondering how I was going to furnish my house with only half the furniture. Eduardo came and did his magic! By using what I had left, he was able to create a warm and cozy feeling at my new home and now he is also helping to find the pieces that I lost. He is so great to work with, personable, easy to deal with and very professional.
