Suzanne Levin-Lapides with Hall & Company

"It's all about color!" she proclaimed. Suzanne oversaw the redecoration of our 1970's ranch house living room, breezeway, kitchen and bathrooms. We love everything that she's done. She has a joy for her work which is contagious. It started with an interview about which colors suited us and she took it from there. In our living room, we had a fireplace on the end wall, and she envisioned and created detailed architectural drawings of a mantle and built in cabinets and shelves. The builder was so impressed with her work that he asked for her contact information! Before and after pictures of the living room "built ins" are attached. We love the colors, shapes, and the pieces of furniture she selected and we highly recommend Suzanne. We look forward to working with her in the future!

Suzanne Levine Lapides first met in 1971 when we purchased a resale home. the home was in great need of a professional who could take command of the daunting job ahead. We had heard of Suzanne as she had done some design work for a friend. Upon arriving she talked to us and some time and our plans began to take shape right before our eyes. She could project what her plan was and at that point we made an appointment to see her later with more detailed ideas. That was the first of many years as our house aged (we were there for 40 years) so did our ideas. She was with us all the way and we remodeled at least three times during those years. Suzanne was always excited, knowledgeable and ready to get going. She was easily reached and only a phone call away. She got on famously with our other workmen and was always right on with her work ethnic. We are in our new condo now and she has again proved to be such an important part of our projects through the years. She has made decorating an exciting pleasure as she is ready to reach out and include all in our planning. We are in a building of 48 condo owners and they all agree that ours is the most warm and welcoming place of all.

We worked with Suzanne in our home in Baltimore in 2010 and our home in Delaware in 2014. She was great! She is highly trained as a graduate for Maryland Institute College of Art. She helped us with the construction plans as well as the decoration. touches.She listened to us and made it happen in a wonderful and creative way. All our family and friends love the house.

I worked with Suzanne Levin-Lapides when I decided to renovate my 25 year old kitchen. She quickly was able to recommend design options that suited my taste and was very helpful in identifying great options across a range of prices, troubleshooting as needed, and overseeing the work as it was done. Having someone I could trust completely was critical for me given my busy work/travel schedule. . The results are spectacular & exceeded my expectations, & I've gotten nothing but amazing compliments from everyone who sees the new space. I'd work with Suzanne again in a heartbeat.

Suzanne Lapedis, designer with Hall & Company has decorated two homes for us. She did a fantastic job and is a pleasure to work with and always very responsive to any and all of our needs. Both houses were completely redesigned (all rooms). I'm always impressed with her ability to blend colors perfectly. Both houses are very different, one is a Georgian style while the other is similar to a ski lodge (double A frame home). Suzanne did an excellent job. She is full of creative ideas and designed each home to be beautiful yet functional space. We have been working with Suzanne for 12 plus years and have had only positive experiences. She will always be the person I will call for any and all design needs. The staff of Hall & Company are very professional and always helpful.

I hired Suzanne Levin-Lapides, an associate of Hall & Company, to design the rooms in my new condo. After being a widow for 5 years, I needed a "home" closer to my children and one that didn't remind me of my husband every where I turned. I knew what I didn't like, but had a hard time knowing what I wanted. Suzanne was able to use much of what I had, in so many different ways, add new colors, floor coverings, and so much more that it was amazing. When she showed me samples of fabrics, chairs, wall coverings, etc., she had no problem if I wasn't sure of something. She just took the time to find another choice that I loved, that worked with the plan, and moved forward to present me with a stunning "home". She calls it my princess castle and my children call it amazing that I took the step to move and found someone who made me so very happy that I made that decision.
