I had a very positive experience working with Susan to restyle and transform the interiors of my home as I contemplated selling it. Right from the start, she gave me a professional assessment of what needed to be done and developed a plan of action, all within my preferred budget. In the end, the "wow" factor exceeded my expectations as her aesthetic decisions added a great deal of charm, enhanced the space, quality and value or my home and made my house a home that's either ready to sell or more desirable to be lived in.

I have been using Susan Miniman as my decorator on an ongoing basis for 15 years. Initially she completely redecorated my living room, dining room, family room, guest bathroom, entrance foyer and hallways. This project included all new furniture and upholstery, area rugs, lamps, custom draperies and refinished floors. Most recently she helped me design and update an office, three bedrooms, a kitchen, two additional bathrooms and totally renovate a great room/man cave. Over time she has decorated my entire home. Obviously having used her for so many projects I highly recommend her. Susan has impeccable taste and an amazing sense of color and design. One of her more important qualities as a decorator is that she listens to what you want and is very respectful of your taste and vision. She is also very respectful of your budget no matter how generous or limited. I repeatedly get wonderful comments on how beautiful my home is and more importantly how my home is so warm and inviting. As my husband and I plan to move to a new home that needs a 100% overhaul, we have already contracted with Susan. We look forward to working with her with the confidence that our new home will become just as beautiful, warm and inviting as our current one. Aside from highly recommending her because of her knowledge, talent and skills a bonus is that she is an extremely nice nice person and we trust her completely.

Susan assisted me in furnishing a family room in our new home a few years ago. She was a delight to work with! She delved into the project as if it were her own home. She listened intently and selected fabrics and furniture which were true to my tastes and within my budget. She drew the room to scale to ensure a proper fit and easy flow. We could not have been more pleased with the final result! I am still receiving compliments on our new home and I am still talking about Susan!
