I can't say enough positive words about Vanessa. We looked through several different Interior Designers, but Vanessa stood out to us. She was prompt in her communication and meeting with us to go over project details. She had incredible vision and great ideas right off the bat. She absolutely loves what he does, and it permeates through each point of communication. I always do my due diligence and look for the right service professional. The formula I have found to identify the best service professionals is to find somebody who passionate about what they do and who is obsessed with their craft. Well, that is Vanessa in a nutshell. She genuinely cared and was excited to work on this project. We immediately began discussing ideas and we could tell she knew her stuff. We knew after the first meeting that we were going to be working together. As a fellow business professional, I always do my best work when a client gives me their full trust and lets me be a professional owning a project and making design decisions in the best interest of my client. (my other business is in the event industry). Whereas I learn the goal of the client, any needs/special requests, then its all up to me. Well, that is essentially what we had done with Vanessa. We simply said, we love your design style, you understand our goals with this project, and we want you to own this project. Here is our project budget, do you what you do! Well she did that and so much more. We were absolutely blown away with the finished product, and our clients wont stop talk talking about how much they love the look/feel. Just take a look at the photos. It has been a great experience working with Vanessa and I'm so glad I discovered her. I highly recommend Vanessa!

I hired Studio Matsalla to help design both our master bath and our daughter's bathroom. The project was a little unusual, as we were moving walls and reconfiguring both rooms. Vanessa was amazing from start to finish. Her designs were beautiful and she made picking tile, cabinets and finishes so easy. She was very responsive, and was wonderful about communicating with our contractor to make sure that our vision was executed correctly. We couldn't be happier and are excited about working with her on our next project.

I was dreading my master bathroom renovation because I was worried about making bad and costly design decisions, so I decided I would hire a designer. After interviewing a couple designers I met Vanessa, I knew immediately she would be easy and exciting to work with. She did an excellent job listening to our needs and came back with a great floor plan that my husband and I both agreed on. Once we nailed the floor plan we went shopping for the tile, flooring, counter tops, and plumbing material. We were able to make all our selections in one outing!! Hiring Vanessa was the smartest decision I made, we absolutely love our new master bath and we know it would not have been this awesome without Vanessa’s help.

Vanessa helped my family and I design two rooms that we were having trouble pulling together. She was professional and prompt and really fun and easy to work with it. We received renderings when promised and she followed through with everything throughout the process. From offering referrals to contractors to having a great eye for design and a natural ability to pull a room together, Vanessa quickly assessed our rooms and helped us improve our living space. I'd highly recommend her design skills to friends.

We have hired Vanessa for several small projects this past year. She has been very easy to work with, super nice and professional. I always feel like a valued client, her customer service is superior. She assisted in a new home office, transforming a spare bedroom, it is truly amazing! All of her advice and recommendations have been so helpful, giving our home some needed updates. I am pleased to recommend her and will definitely be using her in the future!

Wanted to take a moment to share what a pleasure it was to work with Vanessa @ Studio Matsalla Interiors. I sourced her talents via design friends on Instagram and I cannot tell you how wonderful the experience has been. I fancy myself skilled in this world, however the scope of this project (total condo remodel) was beyond my comfort level. Vanessa remained calm, cool and collected throughout the entire process. A consummate professional - delivered the project on time and on budget. Even let me splurge on some tile I was in love with! Would hire Studio Matsalla again in a heartbeat!
