Deb was able to look around our home and gain a great understanding of our personal style. When she designed our office we were very impressed with how perfectly she pulled in our unique style. The office she designed is now our favorite room in the house. Deb was very professional and easy to work with. Everything was outlined in writing so there was no confusion for either party. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I have been full-time Realtor for almost 40 years. I met Debra when she was invited to our Exit Realty office meeting. I have hired her twice with excellent results. First for my own house and then for a very large and unique home formerly owned by a celebrity. I had purchased another home and needed to sell quickly at a premium. My wife was skeptical to say the least, but Deb was sensitive to her concerns and won her over. I learned a lot as well. In the end we had 20 showing in ten day and sold for 98% of asking price! BTW , I had some people from my office estimate the value as somewhat lower and thought I was "optimistic." Although the homeowner and I already had a good relationship, I think he appreciated me bringing in another professional, which only made the relationship stronger. I think there's a tendency in the real estate brokerage business to "know it all" for fear of appearing unprofessional. Actually, the real professionals know who and when to call for additional professionals to best serve their clients needs. In my case - I call Stage Two Sell!

We already had two boys and were about to have a little daughter. We asked Debbie to completely reform an upstairs bedroom in our house for our daughter's nursery / room and the result looked beautiful. Debbie arranged the furniture, wall color, a very interesting floor design, and several ornamentals that we never would have though of. She has a knack for those extra touches that transform a room from tasteful to captivating!

I have been working closely with Deb Landy for the last 3 months during the complete remodel of my kitchen. I had never worked with a Professional before so I was a little unsure of what to expect. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful about all aspects of my project start to finish. She seemed to truly care about how my kitchen turned out and wanted me to be happy with the results. It must be a difficult process to know people might not have the greatest taste or that they like totally wrong colors and gently nudge them towards a more appropriate outcome. Deb had the unique ability to improve upon my own ideas and guide me taking into account my wishes but helping me choose wisely with elegance and Class. She was amazingly responsive to my needs keeping close contact with me and always returning answers to my every question in a very timely manner. Her fees are most reasonable for all she does. I am so thrilled with my new kitchen as is everyone who has seen it. I credit Deb for having major role in its pleasing outcome. I therefore, most highly recommend her services and will definitely contact her again if and when I decide to remodel another room.
