Before you can think "out of the box," you have to think within. Sonja learned this at a very early age and has been applying this lesson to her art and life ever since. One of the early steps out of the box was to develop a highly rich color sense that has become her trademark. Sonja's vivid use of color is both refreshing and often unexpected. The beige paint salesman will starve in Sonja's world. Secondary steps always involve a team approach to problem solving. Sonja not only believes this, but is often the team member that makes it happen... and the result is always enhanced. She is not called in at the eleventh hour to fluff a pillow or add an accent piece. To get full Sonja value you involve her early in the project, often, and in all phases. You can walk into an environment that has had Sonja's influence and even without knowing this, there is a feeling of calmness to the space, an unconscious order and a deep sense of serenity.
