Your space should tell a story about who you are. It should work with your lifestyle, and be a place you can enjoy every time you step foot in the door. I know that creating a beautiful interior that does all of these things isn’t always an easy task, and that is where Sommer Mark Creative comes in, to help bring your home decor dreams to life. SM Creative was formed in 2020. It’s where I have merged my background in fine art & graphic design with my innermost passion of interior design. SM stands for my name Sommer Mark and Creative is for the seriously creative approach I take when tackling each one of my projects. I enjoy combining art, and adding modern, and eclectic touches to each new space I create. No Sommer Mark Creative space is ever the same as I work specifically with each client to help find their unique design style and taste. The finished product always results in a truly personalized space.

We adore Sommer. We are not easy people to work with but Sommer was so patient with us. She helped us remodel our downstairs bathroom and we love it. Sommer is so creative and confident and the bathroom is peaceful and beautiful, kind of spa like actually. The remodeling was on budget and was completed in the time that was projected. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Sommer transformed our boring 60s home into a warm and inviting farmhouse meets beach. It was better than I could have imagined! She incorporated a lot of our existing furniture and kept it budget friendly. Love everything she does!

We hired Sommer Mark to help us plan out, design, decorate and choose furniture for our new home that we were remodeling. From the beginning she was extremely helpful - her initial consult while free, added a ton of ideas and her floor plans were able to perfectly capture exactly what my wife and I both wanted. She helped us choose everything from paint to tile to countertops and tied it all in perfectly with the furniture and overall aesthetic of our home. She put together a beautiful nursery for our upcoming daughter, and was able maximize some pretty small spaces in our home with creative ideas. She was even conscious of our budget when choosing furniture which was extremely helpful. Throughout the entire process she was highly communicative, and definitely gave us more than we paid for in terms of her valuable time and expertise. We will work with her again when it comes time to remodel our next home!

I can’t say enough positive things about Sommer. The transformation she made out of my guest bedroom and master were beyond anything I could have imagined. She was so easy and delightful to work with, she put me at ease and was extremely patient with me as I couldn’t relate to her what I wanted or even make up my mind. She went out of her way to simplify things and asked me the right questions to help me decide on items for my home makeover. And she has an amazing talent with painting!! I have had other designers that were far more expensive, and not even a quarter of the talent Sommer has. I was incredible lucky to meet her when I did.

Sommer has practically revamped my entire house. She has decorated both my daughter's rooms to display their individual interests, my office was completely re done, our outdoor patio was spruced up as well as re painting and adding a family photo wall. Some rooms she just added beautiful touches to like throw pillows and paint and others we started fresh with all new furniture and window coverings. I enjoy working with Sommer because she'll take on the small projects and treat them just as important as the big ones. She really listens to what I want to see and helps to create a home that feels like I decorated myself, even though she did the work.

Sommer is AMAZING! I have a pretty good eye and good taste but could never get to the finish line with things! Sommer created the most beautiful office for me from start to finish. That was our first project together. She sent me a design that was beautiful and did some of the work herself and also hired some of her partners... I love the space and could have never come up with this on my own. We then moved onto other rooms in my house, and she is just perfection. She is always available, very flexible with changing things and suggests things that I would have never thought of. Sommer helped decorate my home for Christmas in 2022 and is also a master at that! Use her, you will not regret it!

sommer did a refresher of my bathroom… I told her what I wanted and her vision and expertise went way above and beyond what I could've ever imagined… She was prompt on acquiring all of the supplies and finish the job on time as promised… I trusted her 100% and she came through! My bathroom looks clean, and fresh… The color scheme she picked was perfect and the little extra added touches made the bathroom feel like it was a part of my home! She is kind and trustworthy! I met Sommer last year when as a designer who was ready to retire after 40 years in the business I was looking for a designer I would feel comfortable referring my clients to. I was impressed with Sommer from our first meeting. After seeing her work I knew she would be the right person to work with my clients.
