Kay and Jim help me as a real estate professional assist my sellers in staging their home for a "quick" sale. This home was listed for 6 months with another agent and 5 months with me. We had over 25 showings and no offers, and the price was right. But no one could visualize the furniture in the great room and that was a common objection. We had Showhomes stage the home and had one offer and another willing to make a backup offer within 3 weeks. The home closed 5 weeks after the staging. I will definitely use them again.
