It's really unfortunate that you felt you couldn't give us the opportunity to answer any of the questions you had. Michele and I would have been happy to connect with you or your contractor to answer any questions you had. We always reiterate to our clients, "Please don't hesitate to call us with any questions you have."

I went back through your binder to review what was included. A master bathroom is generally very straightforward and includes tile, plumbing, bath accessories, a vanity, mirrors, lighting, glass door detail and any other decorative elements you want to add. I believe all of these selections (including the vendors we visited) were included in the binder. Also included were tile drawings that called out the tile placement with your selections from Nova Tile. If there were any questions whatsoever, I would have genuinely liked the opportunity to answer them; but you did not give us that chance.

I explained to you at the beginning of your project that I thought your master bath should take "about" so many hours but I can't ever truly guess or guarantee the exact amount of time it will take, and I don't believe I promised or guaranteed that. I've looked back on your invoice and realize that some of the descriptions of our time are vague, but I can revise and elaborate if you'd like? There was a lot of time spent on the vanity design. There were several changes made that took time redrawing, submitting for estimates and corresponding with the cabinet companies. We even seeked-out multiple companies to find the specific stain color you desired. You have to remember this is also during a time where everyone and everything was moving at a much slower pace due to delays in our industry caused by covid. Most of these delays are out of our control.

Our time may not have been written in full detail on the invoice you received but the time and effort we put into your project is totaled in what I've submitted to you. Again, it's unfortunate you felt like you couldn't ask us any questions but it's also unfortunate that you feel our time isn't worth paying for; especially since I paid Michele for her time.
