We couldn't have asked for a better sales consultant/designer to work with us upon our arrival at Ethan Allen. She was knowledgeable, friendly and we worked well together from the start. She made suggestions when we asked for them and was honest with her answers as to what we liked, or what might work better. We appreciated that. After coming out to measure our room and make sure everything we liked would work she sent us a diagram and then we placed an order for new tables and couches. We were very pleased with how great our room looked after the furniture arrived. We did have a few issues with tables, but Rachel rallied for us on several occasions and as a result the situation was resolved. I'm not sure if we had another consultant that it would have been rectified so easily. We were so appreciative of her actions and the results she got for us. We highly recommend looking her up when you are looking to purchase furniture from Ethan Allen. We love our room and the Ethan Allen furniture.

Rachel is SO GREAT to work with. She created new, refreshed amazing spaces in our home. We wanted to update our home and this project turned out better than I could have dreamed. Rachel worked within our budget, has a wonderful personality and took into consideration some pieces we wanted to keep. The results...PERFECT ! We couldn't be happier.

Rachel worked with us to purchase our new living room furniture. She is extremely talented as a designer and so much fun to work with. Her attention to detail and her customer service to her clients is the best we have ever experienced in our forty years of purchasing furniture. When our reclining sofa had mechanical problems she tirelessly worked to get our sofa replaced. I would highly recommend Rachel to any of my friends who are purchasing furniture and we intend to work with Rachel in the future when purchasing furniture.

Rachel Pirolli is an excellent designer. She had the challenge of updating our living room, but not replacing all of our furnishings. She listened to our needs and designed the space accordingly. She created a comfortable yet elegant, artfully arranged living room through the use of color, furniture, leather, fabric and lighting. I highly recommend her; she is a true professional.
