Coziness , warmth and reflection of your ownselves is what turns a house into a home. Puru does just that seamlessly. There’s a personal touch in everything placed. It was made sure that there is a bit of “me” in everything we add… which had been my prime requirement. Didnt just want a doll house. But a space which speaks of the people staying there. There’s nothing which Puru cant find for you.. only if you allow the time and a proper brief. Even if it was quiet a time consuming thing .. but end of the day it was all worth every effort put. Puru-Home Ensemble - Money and Time - Down the Drain Do not recommend at all because: - Quality delivered was poor. - Costs were not tracked at all and went way above the estimates which were agreed initially. - Bills and statements to prove the costs were not provided. - Didn't meet timelines or schedules. - Project was aborted midway because vendors couldn't be found for critical furniture work. - Communication was poor. Several follow-ups were required often to move things. - No design options were given to choose from. Project Facts: Key Dates: Initial comms regarding Project Requirements and Planning - 2nd Aug 2021. Project Execution start: 16th Aug 2021. Project Halted: 3rd Nov 2021 Location: Wagholi, Pune 2bhk flat High level requirements: Drawing room Interior Design and Decor (around 320 sq.ft), Balcony makeover, Full house painting, False roofs in 2 bedrooms, 2 furniture units (1 dressing unit, 1 study unit). A detailed requirement list was captured in a sheet for each room and agreed upon. Estimates: 7.2 Lakhs (10-15% variance expected during execution) after assigning each requirement on the sheet, a projected cost estimate. Timeline Estimate: 45-50 days. High level Issues: Execution timeline - In the period of close to 12 weeks from mid Aug to mid Nov, work was actually done hardly for 25 days - approximately just twice a week. Quality: Even though highest quality raw material was used and paid for, the o/p from vendors didn't meet expectations. No regular inspections, no immediate vendor feedbacks or vendor penalties. Costs: Variance in the estimates agreed versus the actual costs is very high. Ownership of project: Taking ownership of the project and being answerable to aboves aspects like dates, costs, vendors and quality is missing altogether. Vendors, luck and fate drive things. Focusing on - Quality issues: Painting quality - even a common eye can see smudges and patches and indentations everywhere. Four different painting contractors were used overall because of issues with dates, availability, and quality concerns. Existing furniture and electric boards were not covered properly in-spite of repeated requests - there were painting smudges everywhere. Electric - Boards are not even aligned horizontally. There are different models of sockets used on a board. Inside the false roof in the master bedroom, there is a complete set of piping and wires lying unused as it wasn't executed properly the first time around. Furniture - Fevicol smudges everywhere, unpolished surfaces, dangerous and pointed corners, no final finishing, make all of it a totally bad experience. Things were left to the vendors completely, without any experts monitoring the work quality or doing inspection at the end of day. There were no design options given to choose from - which is kind of a norm in the Interior-Design industry. Soft-copy of the 3D design was eventually given to me after the project was stopped - three months after the project had started. Costs: Total costing given when the project was stopped was 4,05,000 Rs. while the bills (presented only as scanned softcopies) only tallied up to 1,94,000 Rs including rough bills. Some costing highlights below: Electric Material costs were given as 19000 Rs. and the bills presented to me were not even worth 10000 Rs. I requested pending bills for these / or recalculation of tallies on 28th Nov. No response on this yet. Cost of curtains for 2 bedrooms and a kitchen given to us amounts to 30,000 Rs. No supporting bills given for them. An incomplete study unit of size 8ft * 7ft made from (plywood and laminate)which was estimated by their carpenter at 46000Rs cost above 65,000 Rs. The last communication I sent to 'Puru-Home Ensemble' was on 5th Dec 2021 regarding this soft-board fitting for this unit. No response on this yet. Despite the fact that the project was aborted even before half stage, they claimed and deducted the entire fee from the advance given, without any refunds.

My terrace was the most neglected part of the house and I always wanted to make it very colourful and cosy spot. I came through puruhomeensemble profile and loved the vibrant and beautiful spaces created by him. I contacted him immediately and from there onwards everything was smooth and systematic. Kushagra explained me the charges and then designed the space. The swing occupied most of the space and i wasnt sure about it. But he kept it as the focal point and made a small seating arrangement which i wanted. His ideas were clear and the execution happened perfectly. My terrace is now the best part of my house thanks to him!

I am sitting in my balcony as i write this review for Puru, the balcony that has now transformed into a colorful space filled with greenery! All Thanks to Puru! Puru took the time to understand our needs and accommodate them in our budget as well! Mr. Tyagi was very calm and patient, his creative touch to everything that was bought was like a cherry on the cake! His attention to detail was remarkable, from making sure the furniture is fixed properly to aligning the tiniest plant the right way, He was all about the details and made sure all the products bought were highlighted appropriately! We were overwhelmed on seeing the final reveal! Many thanks to Puru for such a beautiful and professional touch. You sure do make a big difference!

We have worked with Puru Home Ensemble for our Balcony landscaping but also ended up taking he’ll on styling of the entire home. We are really happy with the outcome, he did capture all our inputs and designed the theme accordingly.

I had approached Puru for redoing of my room which I had spoiled using dual color combination. Kushagra got in touch with me instantly and asked me to share the pics of my room. he advised me a fantastic royal looking redecoration of my room, with fine texture and color selection. I was bit hesitant to use the wallpaper but he somehow convinced me that it would enhance my room look,,, and the end result was WOW!!!!. I was impressed and delighted with his professional yet personal approach to the work I had asked him to help me out with. I would recommend to use Puru's services for any of your needs. Cheers !!

After living a nomadic life of 23 years jumping from one house and city to another, when we bought our own place the decision was beyond emotions for us. So, when we decided to dress and decorate our space for the family including for our dog, the main consideration was whether to work with an interior designer or not. After a family huddle we decided, it's best we get one or else we would soon be chewing each other's head off each other's shoulder. The key for us was to find someone that would understand our individual dreams and visions for the space and integrate it into a collective dream space for the family. After researching and Interviewing various Interior Designers and Stylists, we finally came across Puru and met Kushagra. We liked Puru and Kushagra because they listened and by that I mean really really listened to and understood our aesthetic feelings and what we were trying to accomplish. Puru and Kushagra weren't just respectful of our journey and our dreams but were highly personable, transparent, honest, and genuine. They were sensitive to our needs and were able to translate our dreams, our needs and budget into a realistic plan. The saying "you don't know what you don't know" describes what a person begins to realize when encountering the extent and complexity of interior styling and decorating. Puru and Kushagra handled all of these complexities while they continued to add elements beyond our vision, which were not only very useful but totally left us smitten. Puru and Kushagra understand the individual aesthetic taste and they are a hub of resources. They know where to find the right products and materials at the best cost. Puru and Kushagra led us to new directions that provided heartful solutions. The skilled workers and subcontractors they work with are in my opinion artists at their crafts, making Puru and Kushagra great Interior Innovators. Kushagra has a great rapport with all the workers and subcontractors, they are extremely responsive to him, which makes the work very hassle-free. I've come to see, Puru and Kushagra as your Interior Ally, making sure you are happy with the progress and the products while maintaining and holding the budget. We were told by our family friends that it's a pain to do the interiors of your house, but we are glad Puru and Kushagra kept us away from that pain. If I have any regrets it is, why wasn't Kushagra the first Interior stylist and designer we met? It is probably coz else we wouldn't know how awesome he is. Overall we had a very pleasant and pleasing experience with Puru and Kushagra and we couldn't have accomplished our dream without them. We would recommend Puru and Kushagra without the slightest hesitation, and our dog agrees with us. The craftsmanship, the design element, the color scheme, and all of it is what we had dreamt of! So, In retrospect, we view hiring Kushagra as the starting point in the Map to accomplishing our dream home and a treasured friendship.

The best place if u wish to get a classy makeover to your abode and in best possible budget... We got our balcony terrace done from him and he turned it into a dream place for us. Very genuine, trustworthy person to deal with, Owner Kushagra was all the time very patient and receptive to our ideas into his design n execution. Work done excellent and in promised time and budget. Highly recommended :)

Good understanding of the scope undertaking. Have lots of ideas and execution models. Knows people and places to purchase items at reasonable prices. One thing that stands out with Kushagra is that he is extremely punctual and that is a rare commodity these days..
