Rebecca has been on board with our project from day one – an extension to the back of our terraced property in Gosforth, full renovation of the ground floor, as well as a new first floor bathroom. We engaged her to design the layout and finish of our interiors and supply everything from start to finish. My husband and I have very different interior style/design preferences so we had to reach a compromise for our newly designed house. Rebecca did this seamlessly, factoring in both our views, coming up with innovative ideas in terms of interior design, as well as space planning, that we would never have thought of without her. It’s clear to us that she has extensive knowledge of construction, not simply interior design, which has proved invaluable in understanding how decisions about the build impact on the interior. Rebecca has brought both her technical knowledge and her own life experience to designing and planning our home. This came in particularly useful for areas like the kitchen and bathroom. Regarding the interior fit out, we’ve been delighted with her ideas and resourcefulness at finding and recommending others to carry out specialist works like bespoke joinery, tiling and fireplace installation. Working with our builder to a tight timescale has been no problem and we’ve been kept well appraised of the status of orders, costs and deliveries. Parker Grove have delivered at every stage of the process, and we could not recommend their services more highly.

I've done multiple high profile projects along with some small ones and rebecca has been unbelievably professional and knowledgeable . Rebecca is a breeze to work along side and her projects seem to work like clockwork.. she seems to foresee any problems which could arise and has a plan to get around them. High standard finish is a normality . Always a pleasure to deal with .

Very disappointed, we would not recommend. Rebecca oversold her services, experience and knowledge - the job was clearly too big for her. Communication poor, timelines inaccurate and numerous mistakes with ordering product due to a lack of knowledge. Rebecca has been a great help from designing my rooms to choosing furniture items. She design the interior of my house keeping my liking and taste in mind. I was introduced to Parker Grove through a friend who had used their services successfully. I was looking for someone to help take the strain out of organising a complicated building and design project re-configuring the ground floor of our Victorian house. Rebecca came in at the start of the project and helped us source the right builder for our needs. She was part of the process of drawing up contracts, organising the builder, subcontractors and a kitchen designer. Rebecca is knowledgeable and can absolutely get to grips with the nuts and bolts of building work. I found that she could walk into a space and immediately see how it would work when complete. I loved her ideas. Rebecca’s presence on site helped keep the project to a tight time-frame, which gave a cost saving. She took a lot of the stress out of what might have been an ordeal. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Parker Grove again or recommend their services.
