This is our first project working with Anya and we honestly don't know that we would have achieved the same phenomenal results without her. Our renovation project was rather large as it encompassed both the kitchen and adjacent living space. Both are large spaces that were dated and did not function for our family. Solutions seemed to be limited when we tried to do the problem-solving on our own. Anya was an invaluable design partner who brought fresh and unique perspective and was able to get us thinking differently about possible solutions. We felt she listened closely to both our needs and concerns and miraculously came up with practical ideas that worked brilliantly. We absolutely love our renovation and are so happy with not only the end result but the process itself. We found Anya to be creative, tasteful in her designs, practical in the solutions and budget-conscious. She is easy to work with, tactfully reigned us in when needed during the decision-making process and met timelines so that all the trades had what was needed to keep the project on schedule. Anya was wonderful to work with in building our new Texas Hill Country home. She listened and then gently guided us in ALL the aspects of a custom design. From your first view from the curb, entrance, throughout the house and external outside living space, each is interconnected yet unique. She helped us to use our budget wisely, where to spend our money to have the greatest impact. We have built various homes and Anya was the best designer.

Anya helped us choose just the right colors for our custom library bookcases and window shades. She was very accommodating when we had to change our appointment several times. We will definitely use her for future projects!

Olinova Design advised us on exterior and interior color schemes and materials for our Texas Hill Country home northwest of San Antonio. The fusion of the colors and the textures in the tiles and stone for the flooring, walls, backsplash and countertops throughout our home made the finished look unique and nearly timeless. You will work with a professional designer who is academically educated, has experience in commercial and residential projects of varying scale, knows colors, materials and styles, makes appointments on time and works within budgets. She is integral to the success of the builder.

Anya worked with me for the design selections for my custom home build and later with design for window coverings. She is very professional, knowledgeable re: design and costs, and has always been available to help whenever I've needed her.
