I have been an interior designer my entire adult life, remodeled many kitchens and bathrooms, and have achieved significant architectural interest in rooms normally viewed as merely functional. I am also a dealer for a cabinet manufacturer who only supplies architects and custom builders. In addition to a tremendous breadth of products offered, we are the only source able to use multiple finishes and material on the same cabinet. I was awarded a copyright for this innovative design. Working with an interior designer has many benefits, among which are a more integrated result, unique designs and lower costs than a storefront with a kitchen planner. Ned helped me to create a beautiful basement suite, which I will be using for personal use as well as making available through Air B'n B. With Ned’s help, the bathroom was placed where we maximized the utilization of the space. Ned’s eye for color was instrumental and happens to be phenomenal. He picked out exquisite furnishings and designed a beautiful entryway. The kitchenette exhibits Ned’s unique trademarked cabinet door design. Ned pushed me to create a space that is both soothing and practical. At times, Ned was surprised by my willingness to stretch my imagination (and the budget) to achieve an end result that goes beyond what I could have ever imagined on my own. After too many years trying to envision the space completely on my own, I knew I was missing the experience and knowledge to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. I could never make my drawings work on paper, yet alone physically in the space. When you run into a wall in life or a suite, what do you do? Think inside the box and turn the job over to a remarkable interior designer.

I would hire Ned and his team again for any major remodeling job. He listened to my husband and my design preferences and added creative and functional design elements. Ned has a good eye for color and he has a great team of skilled craftsmen to execute our plan. He was budget conscious in selecting materials. He kept the project on track and dealt with all the unexpected issues in a calm and professional manner (saving my sanity). Ned delivered the. quality and execution that we expected and was an excellent project manager- which is not easy to find these days. He made sure we were 100% satisfied.

I met Ned by accident. We got to talking and I realized he was a designer. I had a project I had not been able to get off of the ground. I asked him if he could take an empty octagonal room and turn it into an elegant, functional library without my having to do anything accept say "yes, I like that or no I don't like that." He took on the project and did not disappoint. Aside from giving us the library of our dreams, he did it like a magician, smoothly, and effortlessly arranging for and controlling all trades people in a seamless, painless operation that produced results that are breathtaking. Ned is easy to work with. He is an artist. He listens. He is compassionate, super competent, and cares deeply about what he is doing. He is on top of everything. If you are in his capable hands, you can relax and enjoy the experience. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
