Modus planned and installed our new, very functional, beautiful kitchen. We've worked with contractors over the years, but have never had such a consistently positive experience as Modus gave us. The planning, the demo, the prep for install, the install, the electrical and plumbing the tiling and even garbage removal: every single person who worked here was on-time (or called to give an accurate ETA), personable and professional. The level of workmanship is superb, and we credit the crews,of course, but also the excellent team of Rose and Ishan, who project-managed and were detail-driven. They were also very patient with and responsive to our changes and hesitations and concerns during the project. I highly recommend Modus.

we just had our kitchen installed two days ago, Modus sent a team of five guys they are so organized, efficient and clean up after them. They finish my kitchen in five hours from assembly to job completed. I was amazed. One of the guys in the team he had solved all my concerns before installation his name is Walter and of course the rest of the team are terrific too! I'm highly recommended Modus Enterprise.

We used Modus for a kitchen and bath reno in Spring 2016 and were so impressed that we used them again on another, bigger, reno several months later. I love the new modern bathroom in my 40+ year condo. I was so happy during the renovation that I expanded my project. The work was great quality, on time and on budget. The team was fantastic and worked within my strata rules, including dealing with the city regulations, and were very professional. My apartment just got a "face lift" and it looks great.

Judy Elliot designed an Ikea kitchen which was perfect for my 50 year old apartment. Modus was able to install all of the cabinets and a wall oven and appliances in one day. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was high quality. They came back quickly to do some minor adjustments. I am very happy with my new modern kitchen.

Simo Frankovic of Modus and his crew renovated my condo/loft kitchen helping me create the kitchen of my dreams! A beautifully, sleek and modern vision was achieved professionally and respectfully. Modus renovated our home over about three months in 2014. While it was primarily a bathroom and kitchen renovation, it also included significant alterations to our dining room, hallway, deck and a few other areas of our home. Having lived through a few renovations before, we were very happy with our experience with Modus. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the trades, who performed excellent work with extreme attention to detail. And when issues were encountered (as they inevitably are), they were always able to devise reasonable solutions and consult with us openly about them. As an added bonus, the trades were always friendly and polite, which is important when sharing a small space! The work was done in a reasonable time frame. We didn't have any issues with trades "disappearing" to start other jobs, so progress was constant. Office staff were always quick to respond to questions, and the onsite contractor was (in fact!) often onsite—checking progress and inspecting work almost every day. The Modus team also worked seamlessly with our designer and IKEA kitchen planner. Small deficiencies that we spotted in the days and weeks following completion of the job were dealt with promptly and with no hint of complaint. Two years later, we're still extremely pleased with the work they did. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Living in a 40 year old building the kitchen definitely needed a refresh. Modus assisted with the plan and before giving a quote made a couple of suggestions to enhance the overall appearance of the upgrade. I was so focused on the kitchen that it never occurred to me to get rid of the ancient bifold doors adjacent to the kitchen. Made all the difference to the final outcome. They provided me with a quote and a timeline of what was going to happen and when. And assisted me with ordering from Ikea. It all went down exactly as planned. Their tradesmen turned up on time, ready to go to work and all were completely professional. All the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I never had to have anything re-done. The job was completed ON BUDGET AND ON TIME. As a satisfied customer I had Modus back a year later to re-do my bathroom. Highly recommend them.

My company has been using Modus for over 2 years for kitchen/bathroom cabinet planning/installation. I am always pleased with how quickly their management team gets back to me when planning a project or answering a question. Judy (kitchen planning/measurement) works with our budget and always follows up with how the project turns out. Their various installation teams arrive on time, are respectful, helpful and hard working. Anytime we have needed something to be modified or added at a later date Modus always seems to fit us in their schedule ASAP ! I have NEVER been disappointed with this company. I would recommend Modus to ANYONE wanting to have their IKEA kitchen planned&installed !

We are so happy with our new kitchen! Rose provided excellent kitchen planning (especially the idea of adding to the cupboard space without adding more wall). Simo was a most excellent project manager ; he organized all the work efficiently and on time and dealt with unexpected issues that came up. The plumbers and electricians and guys who actually put the cupboards together were polite, organized and on time. I wish I remembered everyone's names. Our kitchen is small compared to most places. Yet it's amazing how much work is required from demolition to final paint job and how many people are involved in creating that final touch. It all worked and it's great!

I've done three separate projects with Modus (ikea kitchen installation, 2 bathrooms, closets/ceilings/painting) All three were done exactly on time and exactly on budget - the only surprises were pleasant ones. Simo's team is so good that they even tweaked some of the Ikea cabinets to make a truly custom install. My place looks fantastic thanks to the Modus team. No renovation is painless, but with Modus, the pain is minimal. If you think ontime/on budget renovations are as mythical as a unicorn, think again. I've run out of things to renovate - but if I ever need another job done, this is the only company I will call. They are marvellous.

We completely renovated our 25 year-old kitchen - floor, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances. Modus installed our IKEA kitchen, as well as organizing all of the other work including demolition, tiling, electrical and plumbing. They finished on schedule and on budget and the quality of their work was fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with them.
