Melanie Morris is an interior designer with expertise in large scale luxury residential and commercial design. She is recognized for her talent to create spaces that are not only aesthetically beautiful, but that work on a practical level as well. Melanie is full of life and embraces a deep passion for her work. She takes clients through the process step by step and ensures that they are as excited about it as she is. She relates to her clients on a personal level, easily adapting and refining her approach to meet specific client needs. Her distinct individuality and enthusiasm for her craft resonate in her design. After starting her own firm in 2010, she partnered to form Morris & Woodhouse Interiors. Today, she is proud to launch Melanie Morris Interiors, a full service design firm located in New York. The scope of her work is extensive, as it includes architecture consulting, contract management, custom furniture, millwork and vintage furniture sourcing. Melanie's projects span across the East Coast with current projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and Miami.

We have worked with Melanie for over a year now decorating our new apartment in NYC. She has done an incredible job, designing rooms that are fun and stylish, but still sophisticated. We have little kids and she has done a great job balancing our need to be practical about fabrics and wear and tear with our aesthetic goals. Melanie is fun to work with, has a great eye and we also love her assistant Kelsey! All in all, we are super happy with how everything came out!

I first worked with Melanie 4 years ago and I am ecstatic to say that she is hired for our new build. I was so impressed with her work, to her credit my former home sold in one day, we asked her to collaborate on our new Florida home. She agreed and we are currently creating the home of my dreams. Melanie is super resourceful, dedicated, well grounded, budget conscious and super gifted. She is a pleasure to work with and takes the stress out of what can certainly be a daunting endeavor. She truly is a pleasure to work with and her eye for decorating is spot on. Melanie loves what she does and it shows. Couldn't be happier!

Ten years ago I had the pleasure meeting Melanie Morris at her new house to discuss her kitchen project. Immediately we connected on the kitchen project , the design ideas that Melanie provided for me with inspirational photos and creative ideas were flowing. My team ran with her ideas and together we fabricated a kitchen that was published in a design book and showcased in a magazine. I recommend Melanie Morris and her team in the highest standard in there knowledge and there ability to meet project deadlines to the exact day of the deadline. Her team will work countless of hours to make sure the project gets done on budget and that the clients are satisfied 100%. I'm looking forward with great anticipation for future projects working with Melanie Morris interiors for the next ten years. Melanie Morris your the best !!!!!!

What a pleasure it was working with this designer. She listened to our families needs and designed beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms for my kids. She gets it and she has excellent taste.
