Nolte Kitchens completed our project in June 2023 and we would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a high quality product with fantastic customer service from design through to installation. From the outset, we found Nolte to be professional and courteous with regular updates and excellent management of our expectations. We met our kitchen designer at one of the showrooms who listened to what WE wanted and gave advice based upon our budget and preferences. The bespoke 3D design we were provided gave us an amazing visual of the kitchen and utility room we desired. When our extension had been built, the designer came out to the site to confirm measurements and made adjustments where necessary without compromising our prerequisites to the design. The installation team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the kitchen and utility were fitted to satisfaction levels above expectations. The aftersales communication has also been fabulous with any questions answered in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend Nolte Kitchens for a seamless customer experience with high quality results giving us the family kitchen we wished for.

I am immensely grateful to Zach for his patience and attention to detail during my entire kitchen design process. He is thoroughly professional and meticulously managed a faultless project. He has excellent functional understanding and is purpose -oriented. Everyone has complimented my kitchen colour scheme, thanks to Zach sharp sense of color combinations! Zach's inputs to compare various utilities in the different appliances was quite on point and his suggestions to fit my wishlist within my budget made a big difference. Daisy from The Kitchen Group logistics has also been amazing in communicating with me regarding installation and chasing my appliances availability (given the challenging delivery times). She is prompt in response time and always willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend Zach, Daisy and the entire Kitchen Group team. We were so impressed with the service we received from Leicht in particular Veronica Smart in helping us design our Kitchen. The end result was great and we couldn't be more delighted. The process from the design to the final installation was smooth and very professional. We have been living with the kitchen for a year now and its looks the same as the day it was installed. We recently had Veronika and her team over to design, build and install our dream kitchen. And what a dream they were as a company. From start to finish they kept us upto date with all the progress they were making. We even made last minute changes in which they amended for us without hesitation. They installed our kitchen and appliances to perfection. We are so so happy with our kitchen/diner it's the hub of the house. Our friends and family also enjoy it. We even have good friends that are now working with Veronika and the team at LEICHT design centre to have their kitchen designed and built by them. Thanks again for making our dream come to life.

Have been living with this kitchen now for 3 years and have been very very happy with it. Still looks new and havent regretted a single decision. Excellent service and quality, what more could you ask for?

Visited Hampstead showroom and liked the finish of the kitchens. Zach seemed confident and professional - 3 site surveys for perfect measurements. Manufacturing 10 weeks and delivery flexible to accommodate our timeline. Initial kitchen assembly was 1 week by Dom - who is best member of the team. However we encountered multiple issues: 1/ The kitchen is 13.5cm longer on bottom run and 9cm longer on top run vs signed plan, which causes limited usability of our dining table. 2/ Fridge door not opening more than 87 degrees - unusable. Needed to compromise on location of units and design. The fridge and Quooker tap both came faulty. 3/ Leicht represented kitchen would be 5cm from wall, which required 2 extra days of plumbing work to accommodate piping. Kitchen is 12cm from wall. No explanation / apology / cost reimbursement 4/ Fridge had wrong sized doors and no handles. Reason - Veronika at Battersea showroom - changed the details of the order, without telling anyone 5/ We chose Dekton stone. Manufacturing and installation was done by third party, but coordinated by Leicht / TKG. Stone installation was suboptimal, took 3 attempts to complete the install, despite claiming it was impossible at first. Unauthorised parking by third party stone team on communal pathway, resulted in oil stains for our development. They have tried to clean up 3 times - no success. The Leicht / TKG acting manager is Richard. Who is overall not very interested to resolve any issues, rather taking approach to make it go away asap Ultimately kitchen finish is indeed nice, however 1/ compromised vs initial design 2/ 2 months extra to achieve completion 3/ daily engagement, chasing, and close to zero initiative from Leicht / TKG 4/ no compensation for mis-representations and mis-measurements resulting in extra actual costs of plumbers, electricians, and reduced usability of adjacent space 5/ disruption, inefficiencies, unprofessionalism has been above and beyond what we expected

Thank you to all at Leicht, from Veronika at Battersea, to Dominic who fitted the kitchen and all those who made the kitchen. The design, fit and build is flawless. We are so happy that we chose this kitchen from Leicht. It's perfect. We would highly suggest this company and its excellent employees!

We recently used Leicht Battersea for the design of our home bar – we can’t recommend them enough and in particular Zach Azo who specifically dealt with our project. The process was managed smoothly, we felt very well informed and Zach even went to the extra mile to come in for an appointment while he was on paternity leave. The kitchens are great aesthetically and of very high quality. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Leicht and work with Zach again.

Cannot thank enough Richard, the designer and Leicht for bringing our dream to reality. We felt listened and supported from the creation of the concept till the end of the installation. The quality of cabinetry is great as well. It is very important to pick the right company to design and build a kitchen. If we ever build another house, I wouldn't hesitate to use Leicht and take Richard's support & service again. They are good at looking after their clients & their kitchens.

We were introduced to Leicht in Finchley Road where Richard Wolfe took on our full kitchen renovation project which was completed in October 2021. Richard - was brilliant, easy to communicate with, had good ideas, advise and guided extremely well. The outcome of the kitchen look, practicality is absolutely brilliant. Couldn't have been happier. Would happily recommend Richard and Leicht as a brand, as they've been great.

We recently went through a full renovation which required a new kitchen. We contacted over 5 top end kitchen companies and chose Leicht based on the quality of their kitchens but mostly because of Richard. He is a true professional. Has a great eye for detail. Is exceptionally personable, highly accommodating, patient and managed all expectations. Out of all the suppliers we dealt with, Richard is the only one we would return back to fit our next project. Exceptionally happy with the quality of our kitchen and the service we have received from start to finish and beyond that point.
