Our goal is to provide the "everyday" homeowner with affordable design, remodeling, or construction consultation. We advise on kitchens, baths, living areas, or whole house designs from single consultations to the complete project including drawings, permitting, budgeting, colors/paint, furniture, rugs, window treatments, and accessories. Our rates are within reach of almost everyone and we don't require contracts. You can have us for one visit/consultation or as many as you decide. The owner was a licensed general residential contractor with over 20 years experience in remodeling and new construction; has several years teaching experience at university level in practical interior design for the homeowner; and has 8 years as owner/operator of a retail interior design shop. We have GOOD, PRACTICAL COST SAVING IDEAS for every phase of a project from estimating, budgets, construction, to all furnishing purchases. Our firm offers a unique combination of services TAILORED TO THE TYPICAL HOMEOWNER not the massive, select few projects. We are approachable, affordable, and deliver solid advice drawn from a deep well of experience. .

mjpshssLee has been working with me now through four major projects--design and remodel of master bath, redesign of master bedroom and closets, design and remodel of kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and now a redesign of foyer, living room, dining room, and stairs. My new master bath and closets are stunning and so much more spacious after the remodel. In all the projects she works with me on drawings, concept, function, and budget that are specifically designed for me and my style. She designed a new laundry and pantry that is more than double the space I had previously all within the footprint I had. She knows how to use space! She's knowledgeable about construction and works easily with my contractors. She is able to give me multiple options at various budget levels that allows me to save where I want and splurge when I can. It is a pleasure to work with her and I highly recommend both the quality of work and her professionalism.

I recently downsized to a much smaller home and was a little overwhelmed as to how to “repurpose” my favorite pieces of furniture, art work and accessories. I needed help to make the new smaller house a home. Lee understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish and immediately had inspired and fresh ideas. What fun to see the transformation as we worked together finding just the right place for everything I love and wanted to continue to enjoy. I look around and just think WOW. This is exactly what I wanted. Lee was very respectful of my time, budget and taste. We’re not quite finished yet – there is still the powder room and master bath. I’m looking forward to see what Lee thinks of next. I highly recommend Lee.

I have worked with Lee several times since 2009 and most recently, in January 2017. During this time, I have learned that she does a fabulous job and certainly demonstrates her in-depth knowledge of design. She knows what will work for a project and what will not. Punctuality and flexibility are important and Lee certainly passes with flying colors in these areas. She is very knowledgeable of retail pricing as well. When it comes to purchasing, she understands what is and what is not a reasonable and fair price for a customer to pay.

Lee and her staff have been wonderful to work with. She gives very professional and practical help with interior design. She really helped me to stay focused on my project. I appreciate her listening to my ideas and helping me to stay focused and narrow it down to beautiful well designed rooms. I highly recommend her and staff.

I hired Lee to mainly redo my 20 year old living room. The transformation was dramatic and I am beyond happy with the result. We had a couple of issues with window treatments and Lee was very good about staying on the suppliers until we had a resolution. The living room project was the main focus but I actually was a little under budget on furniture so we wound up doing work in the kitchen, dining room, and master. Lee was very helpful in picking out furniture, window treatments, paint colors, and lighting. We used a lot of existing furniture and art and with some rearranging, it feels like a whole new house on the inside. I highly recommend Lee. She works hard, listens to the customer, and has a great talent for pulling a room together.

After divorcing I was overwhelmed in my new house. Lee came in and helped make it a home I was very comfortable in and very happy with the way it looked. We did the work over a period of time and Lee was always willing to listen to what I was looking for and worked within my budget.

Lee Harrison listens to me and gets to know me. That's how, I believe, she can anticipate those elements of a design most likely to please me. She has a wonderful eye for color, an amazing ability to carry a theme throughout the house in a manner that makes each room look new and fresh, but pulls all together. She is familiar with many resources for items that can be purchased. This is the second house that Lee has helped me decorate. Each home was very different. One was a 3 story pine cabin/home on the river in the mountains; the other, an older (1976) urban single story. She transformed both of these very different houses into livable, comfortable and quite beautiful homes. Lee is approachable and friendly. She presents well and is very professional. Although busy in her work, she is prompt in responding. .Lee prices her work fairly. She is flexible in how she bills, allowing me to make purchases within the overall plan. I would love to submit pictures, but curtains are not complete; they are essential in pulling all the elements together. I can submit them later, if you wish.
