Leah Eiden

Leah is absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with! She has designed several rooms in our home and we couldn't be more happy with the results. She is a true professional who takes the time to understand her client's needs and style and presents options for projects at varying price points. She is respectful of her client's aesthetics, while also offering designs that might get them out of their comfort zone...truly serving in a professional capacity. My husband and I were ready to move or embark upon a massive remodel. We were tired of the look, feel, and flow of our home. Our nomadic nature prompted us to reconsider and freshen up the house by purchasing new furniture for several rooms instead - i.e. spend money on things we could take with us! We used Ethan Allen about 10 years ago and were so pleased with the quality that we decided to try them again. We picked Leah as a designer simply by her bio on the website and are so glad we did. We redid 3 entire rooms in our home and touched up some others. What would have been an overwhelming task, she made easy and fun. Leah understood our needs and taste and was sensitive to the budget we set out. She kept us up to date throughout the process as orders can take a while to complete. She was very helpful when furniture wasn't quite what we expected and was happy to help me select accessories or re-purpose ones already in the home. We are so happy with how our home turned out - it looks and feel bigger and brighter and works so much better for our family. We just might even stay a few more years...

Totally knowledgeable, warm, friendly, approachable, listened to my wants and needs, and offered plenty of helpful advice. Very importantly, Leah got to know my personal style and did not push me towards her style. I love the items and choices she arranged for me.

Leah helped me furnish and decorate my dining room and I am so pleased with the finished product. It is beautiful! Leah was wonderful to work with throughout the design process. I am amazed at how quickly she discerned my tastes and preferences even when I couldn't articulate them myself. She seemed to know what I wanted well before I did! She was able to create a look that not only reflected my style but complemented the rest of the house. I was also very pleased with her prompt and thorough communication and her friendly attitude. Leah has been a delight to work with! She is a highly talented and very friendly professional who seems to really understand her clients' vision/goals for interior design projects. She also knows the right questions to ask in an attempt to point you in the right direction if you are undecided as to what you want to do in a particular space. She has assisted us in decorating our master bedroom and selecting pieces for our kitchen and family room. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the results! I consider it a pleasure to recommend Leah Eiden as a designer of the "first order." My wife and I were fortunate to meet Leah early in our pursuit of a make-over for our family room. After raising four children, all of whom are now adults and on their own, it was time to change out our family room. Not having used a designer in the past, I was amazed at the insight and ideas Leah provided us. She grasped early our objectives, likes and dislikes and offered a range of choices for each of the key decisions --- even including suggestions on which pieces of our art that fit best into the newly designed room and how it should best be hung. Leah has definitely spoiled us --- it would be hard to take on another redesign without her help. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person --- someone with whom I predict you will enjoy collaborating as much as we did.

My husband and I just worked with Leah on the redesign of our master bedroom, and the transformation of our dining room into a small sitting room. I considered myself to have strong opinions on how the projects would go, but Leah offered great guidance on everything from fabrics, to furniture placement, to lighting accessories. And she didn't offer just one option: elements evolved as she listened to my husband and I discuss what we liked/didn't like about certain pieces. The end result are two rooms that both my husband and I are thoroughly excited about. I highly recommend Leah and will work with her again on other rooms in our house.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic service and expert design advice I was given by my Ethan Allen designer, Ms. Leah Eiden. She is a consummate professional, with a thorough knowledge of Ethan Allen's various product lines and fabric choices, and was able at the drop of a hat to produce numerous alternatives and selections for me to peruse and think on. For example, I recently wished to purchase a chair and matching ottoman from one of EA's product lines. Ms. Eiden provided me with several fabric choices and wood finish color choices, with pictures of each one showing how they would look together, and steered me away from making poor design decisions. She also kept me apprized of the delivery delays on another of the items I had purchased and did her level best to shorten the wait time for me. Ms. Eiden is an absolute dream to work with, not only because of her knowledge and expertise with EA's products, but also because she is a genuine "people person." She is always smiling and easy to speak with and goes above and beyond the call of duty when problems need solving. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years, and I can recognize superior service instantly. Ms. Eiden exemplifies what an EA designer should be, and she does so with great grace and sophistication.
