Involved Lathika in designing the overall theme, selection of colours and features with the builder, and interiors. She is very professional and tunes her recommendations and designs to our likes and dislikes while working around our constraints. Within the first 2 consultations we had with her, she understood our pulse, and the look of our intended home. She has a good eye for aesthetic design with functionality in mind, and this shows in the designs she has suggested to us. She makes it look so simple to achieve the best in each aspect of our house's design and we are very happy to have engaged her. Our experience with her has been excellent till now and would love to engage her on our future projects.

It took me long to write the reviews as I wanted to write her a proper good review. She would attentively listen client's needs and desires and provide her feedback or services in timely manner. She is very patient, flexible, takes feedback very positively and would go far to make changes as often as per client's requirements. The best thing we liked about her is that She is very approachable and continued to provide relevant advice even post project. When we were planning renovation, we had a lot of ideas and thought we could manage the project by involving a good builder. What we did not realise was that, it is very easy to get side tracked with ideas from tradies and got so confused. Hence, we started looking for a professional support and met with Lathika. I must say, that was the best decision we took in our renovation project. We got a quality outcome, heaps better than our original plans within budget. The best decision we took when we decided to renovate our kitchen & laundry was to engage Lathika for her design work. She came in with such wonderful ideas, understood all our requirements as well as our budget. She also added a touch of her own. She was happy to make changes whenever we requested, always smiling, irrespective of how small or big the changes were. We were so happy with the design stage engagement that we had with Lathika that we extended the engagement to project management as well. It was a difficult project to manage due to COVID restrictions, but she kept it smooth for us by constant communication and updates. An added advantage is that she spoils her clients with wonderful gifts. I would recommend her to all anyone who is considering a renovation project and doesn’t know where to start!

Few months ago, we were looking for assistance crafting the layout for an additional room at home. Though we were eager in incorporating a small balcony and ample storage space, lack of area was the constraint. This is when lathikanairdesign came to the aid. The space was completely transformed, plenty of storage options were created along with a balcony and a much loved seating area beside the book shelves.
