I’m so much happier living in my house after Trisha Lee worked her creative magic. When we first engaged Trisha Lee I thought we needed to plan out the future furniture purchases to fix a couple of problem areas in our new house. But it became obvious new furniture wouldn’t fix the issues and that we had come to the right person for a better solution. Our dining area felt like a ‘transit’ area and the lounge room didn’t accommodate our seating requirements. The overall plan was to 1) extend a wall to frame the dining area and install banquette seating with a beautiful new wood veneer table and 2) build a half height wall between the lounge and an unused area and build of a large workspace in the unused area that incorporated a large built in desk, an ‘organisation hub’ and a room divider, effectively creating a new room. Both areas turned out beautifully. The dining nook is the perfect place for family meals. It has an anchoring presence and now EVERY meal is had at that table. The work area has changed an unused space into an office and organisational heart of the house. Throughout the journey TL has accommodated the needs of our growing family and creatively solved problems that we simply couldn’t. Her designs in Sketchup were fantastic to be able to visualise her plans (we went through a number of iterations for both areas). She’s got great contacts that got the job done quickly and professionally.

We engaged Pleased to Bijou Design to present our grandparents' house for sale. We could not recommend their services highly enough. Trisha-Lee's presentation advice was invaluable and she styled the property in a way that was sensitive to the era of the house, bringing out the unique details and features of the property. We were not only thrilled with the auction result but felt an enormous amount of pride in seeing the house return to its former glory with thoughtful modern touches. I engaged Trisha Lee to flesh out our renovated kitchen laundry space . TL came up with novel ideas on how to maximize the value of the space, how to save money . I changed my mind on the lay out and orientation of the wet area a couple of times during this process. TL took this in in her stride and patiently redesigned. She was on task and timely, perceptive of our vision for the new kitchen living area, worked within budget and has good fun refreshing ideas. TL can see the integrity of style and era of a house and encourages you to see the possibilities rather than the limitations.

Trisha has done amazing job in taking a small and cramped, outdated and very light-restricted ensuite and designing for a light-filled oasis that now stands out as a feature of our home. Her sense of style coupled with her eye for detail and practicality, and the way she worked with our builders to ensure the job was done as per the design, have all come together to make a fantastic result for us. The project was completed in Nov 2017 but was planned gradually over a ~6 month period prior. See her photos under "Port Melbourne Ensuite" for project pictures. Cost of project was close enough to ~$50k as it was a complete rebuild of the bathroom and laundry. We look forward to working with Trisha on other areas of our home in the future.

The transformation was amazing! After 35 years of busy family living .. and the last few somewhat neglectful .. the whole place sprang back to life under TL's expert hand. She found the best Tradies, and got on well with them. Her colour choices were brilliant, and the kitchen makeover was particularly innovative .. spacious and sparkling and light. The agent said the presentation made it very easy to sell, and we got $100,000 over the modest Reserve.

We hired Trishalee to advise us on the structual renovations and interior design for our home in David Hockney Drive. My wife and I were very excited with the finished product it was high end and the whole process was very smooth.We have used Trishlee"s company Vintage Green in the past she is great to work with and her attention to detail is outstanding always resulting in a great finished product. Trishalee has completed several projects for our family and we will continue to use Vintage Green in the future.

We live in the US, and purchased a small apartment in Melbourne. We wanted to have the apartment decorated and ready for us to move in. Trisha Lee listened to our thoughts and ideas, and asked great questions to ensure she understood what look and feel we desired. Her initial design/mood boards and pictures were right on target. It was so nice to have someone who truly listened to us and responded back so accurately. She also enhanced our thoughts. She challenged our thinking and ideas appropriately and provided us with alternatives – all of which were appreciated and many of which were adopted. It was so refreshing to have a true partner. Once decisions were made, she followed through perfectly. She didn’t have immediate access to the apartment as it was still under construction, but she worked well with drawings and schematics and was able to easily adapt when access was finally available. She was conscientious of our needs and budget, and she was very creative with storage options. Everything was very well thought out, and she was able to communicate effectively with us despite the long distance and time zone challenges. Trisha Lee did a great job at giving us a clear understanding of where we stood and what the budget impact of our decisions were prior to making the purchases. We never had any surprises as to the overall cost of the project. She kept us very well informed. When the day came for us to visit the finished product (for the first time), she had everything all set up not just for move-in, but for immediate living. Not only was everything installed and ready, but she took the extra effort to have everything washed and cleaned – beds made, dishes and cutlery cleaned, stored and ready for use, bathrooms, kitchen and pantry stocked with supplies and food. She had even tested all of the appliances to ensure they worked properly. After a 20 hour flight, it was a joy to be able to simply come in, relax and enjoy. We were so fortunate to find Trisha Lee – she was exactly what we needed. We will be using her again for sure, and we highly recommend her services.

We found ourselves in a position of needing to renovate immediately. Our tenant had vacated after 5 years, and the newly purchased investment property was in its original condition. There was no way we could find the type of tenant we were after if the house's condition was left as it was. Our project was to repair and renovate a 1950s brick home situated in Alphington Victoria overlooking the local Golf Course and the Yarra River surrounds. Our aim was to renovate as swiftly as possible so we decided to engage a professional who could realise a plan to keep most of its 1950s features with sympathy to modern updates. We wanted someone who would act promptly and professionally and with confidence in expressing their vision. This was Trisha Lee's type of project. She has amazing knowledge within the 1950s space and more into the proceeding decades. What I found most helpful was she was prompt in being engaged at the initial moment of contact and right throughout the project. The scope of works was to repair the asbestos roof and eaves, repair any external wood work, paint all exterior and interior surfaces, rewire the whole house, take out the carpet and sand floors, new floor covers in kitchen and laundry, new light fittings, window coverings, change fittings in the laundry and kitchen, new boundary fence and rejuvenate the garden. Renovation projects always evolve as work commences and the scope of works began to increase. Structural issues were discovered and required remedies. Trisha's skills and contacts allowed us to continue swiftly. Her resolutions were surprisingly swift and her confidence in making decisions along side myself were very valuable. Our team of trade contractors were a great bunch, we got along well and they seamed to take great care in their work. It only took six and half weeks to complete our renovation project and to find a tenant. A wonderful young family to join our great community and the all of the wonderful local amenities Alphington has to offer. Thanks to Trisha Lee and our team of contractors.

Our home was transformed by a true professional with experience in styling homes for sale. It's great to step back and let someone who had previous success make unbiased suggestions. I'm sure the value of our property improved as we managed to sell well above our reserve after only 2 weeks on the market.

I wanted to create a masterpiece - I wanted the highest end furnished {rental] apartment in the city.
