Kim Tasker Interiors is a Design Studio offering Residential and Commercial Design. Kim prides herself on offering creative interiors for busy family homes and freelance design services for commercial businesses. Her ethos is that homes should be practical and hard-working but also fun, comfortable and beautiful. She doesn't believe in trends; instead designing timeless spaces that reflect the personalities of the families living in them. They should be able to evolve around our changing needs and designed to last. She is able to work on projects through from concept right through to completion, assisting on any stage of the design process. No project is too small. We worked with Kim on the renovation of our living room. Not being from the UK, we weren’t sure where to start when it came to purchasing furniture. Kim was very approachable and transparent with costs, providing lots of options to suit our taste and budget, proactive on answering all questions. She helped us with colours, flooring, lighting and furniture, often ordering on our behalf which saved us time and money. The result is a space that we enjoy every day and we are so happy with the result. We enjoyed working with Kim so much that we asked her to review architects plans for our extension and to design the rest of our home.

Kim helped us create our perfect bedroom and understood our style perfectly. I have a tendency to go a bit overboard but Kim helped to bring out our unique style while keeping it classy. She used her e-design service to create a visual shopping list for our bedroom and it made it so easy to shop by just clicking on the pictures. I loved everything she chose for us! I always thought I’d be able to design a room on my own but after having Kim’s expert help and advice I will keep coming back to her every time.

We worked with Kim on decorating our living room and nursery, and couldn’t be happier! She really understood what we were looking for and made the process easy and straightforward. She presented us with ideas, then offered options for specific items, and finally she managed the entire delivery & installation for us. It saved us a huge amount of time, stress, and ultimately budget too, because I did not have time to do all the comparative research for specific pieces of furniture and paint colours myself. Kim was so detailed and knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. We really love our newly decorated home and enjoy it every day. I’ve recommended Kim to all of my friends who are planning on redecorating!!
