We've been Ethan Allen customers since the antique pine line in the early 70's. Wherever we moved across the country, our constant furnishings store was always E.A. We were so very lucky to have been met by Jennifer at the Milenia location! Jennifer is so talented, kind, and understanding. Though our needs were much smaller this time, she always made us feel important. She was respectful of our budget and came to our home in The Villages to confirm our choices. Would give her more than 5 stars if available.

My husband and I recently worked with Jennifer Donovan on redecorating our formal living room. We were SO IMPRESSED with her helpfulness, patience, kind demeanor and style. She was ALWAYS available (and it was often) to answer our questions or meet us back at the store. The room looks better than we could have imagined and it’s not even all here yet. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen &Jennifer to anyone looking to redecorate. Very talented & easy to work with!!!

Jennifer is an incredible designer! I have worked on my home interior design with a few other designers in the past and was starting to get discouraged about the process of working with a designer until I met Jennifer. My experience with Jennifer has been all positive. She is a true professional. She always puts her clients needs and wants first. She offers a top quality product. Jennifer helped me completely re-design my master bedroom. It's a big bedroom with a lot of space and she designed it perfectly even giving us a sitting area and finished it off with a beautiful piece of artwork. We couldn't be happier with how our room turned out! Jennifer helped with a few other projects around the house too and we've been pleased with everything. We get so many compliments by guests in our home on Jennifer's designs. Jennifer is an expert in her field and stands by her products and designs 100%. More than anything she wants her client to be happy. I feel 100% comfortable working with Jennifer. I plan on continuing to work with Jennifer on future home projects. She's the best!!

A house gives off an impression and hints at an owner's personality and priorities. I depended on Jennifer to create an expression of my living style and lifestyle. Taking my limited design theme (blue, gold, silver, and grey and straight lines), she developed an impressive and beautiful Asian-inspired home with an attitude for orderliness. I have more touches to add later this year and Jennifer will be there with me.

Jennifer is smart. She has natural artistic ability and a great eye. It is fun to watch her in action while she is mentally reviewing all the options available to pick the best match for whatever we were looking at. We have been most pleased with the results of our work with her at EA. She is an excellent artist, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jennifer. Her color sense and beautiful fabric choices turned our family room, dining room and kitchen into truly comfortable and inviting living spaces. After having “so-so” experiences with other designers, it was a great relief to find a designer we trust, so we had no hesitation asking her to design our master bedroom this year. Jennifer designed and decorated my former home, and I just loved all the thought and detail she put into making it both beautiful and comfortable. She strategically placed accent pieces, pictures, lamps, and accessories; the end result was fabulous! After 11 years, we decided to downsize and needed smaller furniture. I immediately went back to Jennifer, and she came through for me once again! My great room space is fresh and beautiful yet homey and comfortable. My entire family loves our new home. - thanks to Jennifer!

I worked with Jennifer on the design of my bedroom and couldn't be more disappointed with the finished room. The scale of one of my nightstands is too small and she has refused to do anything about it because it was a custom-finish order. The nightstand and matching dresser look like something that came from Steinmart...quality is very disappointing. She was very persuasive with her design during the presentation and convinced me that I should trust her and move forward. I did and absolutely hate the room!!! Ethan Allen refuses to change out lamps and artwork as it has been too long. I just got my final pillows this morning after hoping that this would pull it all together...now they refuse to even take back their in-stock art and lamps. I feel like I have completely wasted a large amount of money and feel angry every time I walk into my bedroom. Ethan Allen and Jennifer do not care at all about providing customer service and helping to resolve the problem. Do not use Jennifer or Ethan Allen - beware!

Jennifer is a fantastic designer/decorator! She listens to what your needs or tastes are, she is relentless in making sure she accommodates your style. She considers your budget and is incredibly creative. She has a fantastic eye for color. I enjoy working with her because she is easy going, relaxed and has a great sense of humor.
