Hyelee came to United States with a passion to experience many different cultural lifestyles. With hopes and excitement, Hyelee commenced working as assistant interior designer. Before entering FIDM (Fashion Institute Designing and Merchandising) for her education in Interior Design, Hyelee had extensive experience dealing with fabrics for furniture and drapery. Upon graduation from FIDM, Hyelee worked for Interior lifestyle award winning company which is specializing in model home merchandising. Additional work experiences include Dewitt Designers Kitchen, who produced many NKBA awards for their beautiful designs for kitchen and bath. Hyelee gained many valuable experiences with space planning, color scheme, interior detail and custom cabinet design. Furthermore, Hyelee was involved with remodeling and new construction with most of the jobs. In conjunction with Dewitt Designers Kitchen, Hyelee earned first place in NKBA Annual Award. With much experience and knowledge, Hyelee opened Hyewon Lee Design in 2007. Under the new name, Hyelee Design, she continues to dazzle many clients with her elegant and exquisite design, Hyelee Design incorporates individual lifestyle, functionality and current trend to all of her designs, while keeping it budget friendly.

Can’t say enough great things about Hyelee. We decided to sell our home kind of on a whim. Contacted her and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. We met and discussed our goals. She had immediate great suggestions. She was in constant communication as she gathered pieces for the home. Within one week the place was staged and home ready to show. We listed and held our open house within 2 weeks of meeting. The place looked like a show room!! Clean and elegant but with warmth. We got so many compliments on the decor!! Ultimately, im certain that her staging helped sell our home…quickly. She is clearly talented!! Look forward to working with her again!!!

Hyelee and her team are the best! Hyelee helped us design the kitchen and bathrooms in our home remodel. Although her scope was only on those areas she always offered valuable advice and tips on decorating and furniture purchases, as well as color scheme design. She has a great taste and is very thorough in her work making your home custom-made just for you and your family needs. Hyelee started on our project by interviewing the entire family to understand our life style and preferences of each family member. Based on that, she quickly laid out a few suggestions and worked with us on a virtual 'design board' where we exchanged design ideas and photos of what we liked. As a result, Hyelee and her team came up with a very detailed plan for kitchen and bathroom remodel, including recommendations for appliances, cabinetry, hardware and tiles. She thought of every detail and went out of her way to take us to showrooms and review tile samples or introduce to new design ideas. Hyelee is very professional, warm and collaborative individual and will go an extra mile for her clients to make them happy in their new or re-designed home. It's been a pleasure working with her. Highly recommend!

My real estate agent recommended that I have my condo professionally staged for the sale. She had one name for me: Hyelee Design. The owner - Hyelee Park - left me with a good first impression. She seemed nice, professional, and down to earth. She was receptive to my thoughts and comments regarding possible ideas for staging. I had the opportunity to shoot a promotional video for Hyelee Design. We followed her trough each step of the staging process. Hyelee was detail oriented, creative, and she had a clear vision for the house she was staging. She had access to a vast range of furniture and accessories, as you might expect from someone who stages homes. What impressed me the most was how pleasant she was to work with. She was kind in her feed back. She was flexible. Most importantly she was thoughtful. While I had collaborated in the past with Hyelee, designing kitchens and baths, I did not have the opportunity to experience her Home Staging services. Recently I designed and remodeled a house, which needed “smart staging” to sell: it had to appeal to diversity of buyers, -from sophisticated horse breeders to large families of various cultures. Hyelee and her team were enthusiastic, organized, and precise. In the most cost-effective manner, they revealed in a single day how the value of a home can be raised -magically! Hyelee created a stunning look, -she gave life to the home with her lovely taste and she also expressed a deep awareness of all that which touches the human heart.

Hye Lee is an especially gifted designer. She is able to encorporate color, style, and utilty. I was impressed with her ability to reflect the concept and mission of our language and culture center. I wholeheartedly recommend her. I appreciated her ability to translate a vision into a beautiful space. Such efficiency and ease when working with such a modest budget. Our center is a showplace!!
