This was an awesome experience and I was able to achieve exactly what I envisioned. I am so happy with my nursery and living room!

Liz, Eva and the HAD team did an amazing job! Right from the first consultation to the final touch ups; they were there every step of the way. Liz and Eva offered options that aligned with our budget. Liz, Eva and the entire team did a fantastic job at our house. From the very beginning, when we started the project to redecorate the entire house, Liz was very clear about setting realistic expectations, she was thorough taking notes and input about my inspiration ideas and was super responsive to any changes that I wanted to make to the different rooms being decorated. Throughout the progress of the project, Liz and the team continued to be very detailed oriented and executed each room with high standards and in a very professional way. The designs were creative and well thought and I could not be happier with the results. We truly love the feeling of the house, and it is very hard to pick a favorite room because each one is great and unique. Liz has a very practical and effective approach that I really like. Eva is wonderful to work with, she has outstanding communication skills, and she makes sure that everything goes smoothly when the team is working. Also, Liz was very quick to act and fix a few little problems during some of the installations. I was delighted to work with Liz, Eva and the entire team and I highly recommend them. HAD are simply a wonderful team!

I can’t say enough about how great it has been working with Liz & Eva. I have such a busy work schedule so I’ve only had the opportunity to meet with them once in person but they listened to my vision and have delivered every single time. I started with just hiring them for my front living & dining room area. They provided design ideas and encouraged feedback. They always address all my concerns. If there was an element of the design I didn’t like they would give multiple options to replace the item. I’ve hired them for my bedroom and now family room. If my husband would let me I’d have them decorate my entire house. 1st time I’ve hired a designer and am so happy I made the phone call. Don’t hesitate call Liz and you won’t regret it!

Working with HAD was such a great experience! My husband and I recently moved into our home and had no idea where to start when it came to interior design. Liz and Eva were fantastic and worked out a few different designs for us to choose from, and then executed it perfectly. They were always super responsive, helpful, and great at what they do. Highly highly recommend if you need interior design work!

We love the spaces Liz and her team creatively designed and implemented for us! We had a vision, and she made it a reality. Liz and her team were easy to work with, flexible and patient. We love the results, and I am so happy we found her! From design and iterations to ordering to installation, it was all seamless. We finally have the master bedroom of our dreams and a home office that is magazine-spread-worthy but also comfortable and functional! She will eventually do my entire house!

We've had the pleasure of working with Liz and her team since we purchased our first house in mid-2022. Because we were moving from an apartment, we had many rooms to furnish (primary bedroom, dining room, living room, office, entryway) or remodel (kitchen). Liz and her team are engaging, friendly, helpful, and efficient. After receiving inspiration photos, they rapidly produce designs and also quickly make adjustments based upon our feedback. We really liked the 3D renderings that they provide for each room. We thought that it would be overwhelming to furnish so many rooms, but their room-by-room approach made the process much more manageable. While the supply chain situation appears to have mostly resolved in 2023, they adeptly handled the out-of-stock/backorder issues that we experienced with our first few rooms in 2022. Additionally, the general contractor (Juan) who they bring in for bigger remodel projects is fantastic, skilled, and reliable. Overall, Liz and Houston Affordable Designs are wonderful and we would definitely recommend them to others.

We had an absolutely Amazing experience with Houston Affordable Design. They did our game room , media room and three secondary kids bedrooms. Very professional, creative and organized. Stress free service! Loved working with Liz and her team.

Liz and her team worked on our guestroom/lounge and nursery. She provided an excellent work flow as we went through the design process. Her communication was impeccable and her team was absolutely professional and fun to work with. Most of all we were able to collaborate and she was able to bring my vision to life, especially in the nursery where I spend most of my days with my 3 month old baby girl. I would highly recommend her and her team as they did not disappoint.

Liz and her team did a wonderful job on the living room, dining room, entryway and primary bedroom of the home I purchased in the museum district. They were creative and very easy to work with. Always showed up when they said they would, worked with me on adjustments when we had supply chain issues, her entire team was always on time and very professional. She took interest in understanding how I wanted to use a room which really cut down on the back and forth on designs. I highly recommend her and will definitely work with her again. Will add photos once the holidays are over.

Liz helped me decorate my townhouse in the Heights and I was super impressed by how professional and high quality the work was for the price. Definitely the best value in Houston. Everyone is always stunned at how gorgeous the interior is, and I get many complements.

Houston Affordable Design just completed 3 rooms in my house and working with Liz and her team was an all-around great experience; professional, high level of communication, excellent at incorporating my feedback, efficient proposals and updates, high level of transparency throughout the process, and install days are fun and exciting! I highly recommend Houston Affordable Design and will be going back to them to do a couple more rooms in my house.

We had the pleasure of working with Liz a little over half a year on helping decorating our home. She is responsive, easy to talk to, and helpful to offer suggestions and ideas when we weren't sure about or changed our mind about things. Liz was amazing! I wanted a space that reflected my love for colour but not be overwhelming; a space that was comfortable and happy and I could get myself lost in a good book. Liz delivered exactly that! She worked with my schedule and even though I wasn’t around for ANY of it when I walked into my apartment and saw what she had transformed my space into I could do nothing by smile!

Liz and her team did an excellent job from the design to the completion of the project. There were some bumps in the road along the way, but Liz was able to find solutions that kept the project on track and within our budget.

Great, professional service. Designs were exactly what we wanted and looked even better in reality than on paper. The whole team were professional and efficient. I loved that they came and installed everything on a single day and we had a whole new room.

Liz and her team are amazing!!! They worked wonders on our rooms and I am still in shock. She will work within your budget to give you your dream room! When I started working with her the first thing I noticed was how fast she responded to everything. She will answer any question you have to the best of her ability and knowledge and if she’s unsure she will try to find the answer. I can be very picky, and indecisive when it comes to designs and she helped me through all of that and had so much patience. Not only that, but we were working on a really tight budget and she broke it down for us so well so we knew exactly how to go about remodeling. Price and overall quality of the renovations and furniture was such a huge concern for me and I was left extremely satisfied in both aspects. A lot of this project was done as a surprise for my mom. I held a surprise birthday party for her BEFORE final touches on the rooms and people who attended were already raving about how it looked like an entirely new house! So far we have done our dining, kitchen, and living rooms and we will be doing the rest of our house and probably any other future homes with her! Highly Recommend!! Liz was incredibly friendly and so easy to work with. She heard the direction we wanted to go and has such a great eye for detail. We went with the iconic Mid – Century Modern style and are astounded with what she did. She stayed within our budget and didn’t push back. The quality of the pieces are impressive (this was important for us). We couldn’t be happier with the transformation. Liz made the entire process fun and so easy. Doing this ourselves would have been stressful and probably never been completed to this level. Her set-up crew were entirely professional. On the set-up day everyone was on time and we didn’t lift a finger. Amazing. This is the way to go over trying to do it all yourself.

Liz Liz!! What more can I say? Throughout the process of working with Liz, I always told her that there is a reason she has 5 STARS! Liz is so effortlessly patient, gracious and dynamic! She listens, is very flexible and will do everything to keep the costs low. I had a struggle budget and Liz worked with it LOL. I couldn't have asked for a better interior designer who puts her clients' needs first.

Liz did an excellent job decorating my home. She completely understood my style of design after doing a quick consultation and picked out a great mixture of budget conscious and high end items. My entire project stayed within budget and there were no surprises. I've been recommending her services to all of my friends who have been impressed with my home.

My husband and I had three rooms that were in desperate need of help. With little creative direction from us, Liz conceptualized all three rooms in a way that satisfied my need for adult living spaces, my husband's need for comfort, and my two year old's need to be two. Her designs are classy and affordable, and I would highly recommend her services!

Liz did an awesome job decorating our living room. I had a general idea in my head and a picture from pinterest with the mood and the vibe of the space and Liz turned it first into sophisticated detailed plan and then into breathtaking reality. Our living room turned out to be even better then I expected. Moreover Liz is a very nice person, she gave us a lot of extra time to decide and pay for the project, I feel myself very lucky finding her.

My husband and I bought a new house. Since we know absolutely nothing about decorating we called Liz at Houston Affordable Designs. Liz is extremely professional and budget friendly. She has been such a godsend for my family and I. We get so many compliments on her designs and now the house feels like our home. I highly recommend Liz and her team, they will not disappoint you! We hired Liz to do what we thought was the impossible — renovate four walls of an empty storage space into something for family/friends to stay in (studio). She more than delivered for us and our space is incredible! We will absolutely be working with her for future projects.

I am so glad I found Liz! I searched for a designer online since my work just keeps me from really spending the time it takes to decorate my house. Plus I find the whole process so overwhelming! I met with Liz and the first impression was great! I liked and trusted her instantly. I also loved the fact that she prices by the square foot and not by the hour. What sold me was when I saw past examples and her digital mock-ups against the finished rooms. The finished room looked EXACTLY like the mock-up! We worked on my rooms, changed a few things on the mock-up and the best part is that once everything was ordered and delivered, I would leave for work in the morning and come back from work to a completely re-decorated room! It's very addictive! Liz and her team come in completely prepared and when they leave, the room is spectacular and looks just as expected...but better! This is the way home decor should be done! Thank you Liz for an amazing job! I love my rooms and can't wait to do more :)

Liz was incredible to work with! Thoughtful, flexible, and creative, she did an amazing job of updating my master bath with perfectly tuned details. She thoroughly researched options to help me stay under budget without sacrificing style or my wishlist. The crew finished in record time and was incredibly conscientious. Liz did a great job decorating my living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and 1/2 bath. She considered my likes/dislikes and accommodated the furniture I wanted to keep. Great job from Liz. My master bathroom turned out even nicer than I was hoping it would. The tile work is gorgeous, and Liz understood well the type of style that I wanted.

This was my first experience with a home designer and Liz was great! She was efficient and always ahead of schedule even after I changed the design plans several times. I have worked with Liz three times on projects for my house. We have done my kitchen, bathrooms and most recently completed a half bath project. Each time Liz has taken my vision and made it better than expected by bringing it to life with great materials and product recommendations. Liz made the entire process of redecorating our living room not only affordable but remarkably easy. We hired her for a small space, which I think are always hard to decorate well, and from start to finish she streamlined the process taking into account my style and preferences.
