After working in the Luxury Real Estate Industry for many years, Joyce followed her dream of opening her own design studio in 2017. “My background is a perfect combination of business and design, making use of my management skills of large-and-small scale projects. Having worked with builders, architects and subcontractors it seemed only natural to assist my clients with their projects. Being a visionary, I witnessed many of my loyal clients in need of creative direction and transitional design services when buying, selling or renovating their homes. This service allows me to express my creativity and love for timeless, classic design”. My go-to style: Timeless, Classic with an Edge. Interior design is like fashion; all in good balance and proportions with the touch of little details that you won’t be able to forget. My favorite part of design: When you see that image in your mind become a reality.

I am in the fix and flip business. In order for my homes to sell at top dollar value they must be impeccably done. Joyce and her staff offer top notch customer service. They go out of their way to ensure all the correct products, from flooring, cabinets, counter tops, layout and paint colors are properly coordinated. They always accomplish the WOW factor. I will never remodel another home without involving Joyce and her team.

Paint Denver

As a painting contractor I have worked with many designers. My experience has left me reluctant to work with many of them. With House of Joy we have been invited to work on some great projects with clients who love working with them. We get the information we need in a timely and organized manner (one of the reasons I am reluctant with designers). Relationships matter and this is one that I would like to build on. I was introduced to Joyce (and Madeleine) as the result of purchasing a home for the purpose of renovation and future sale. When I first saw their portfolio, I knew it was going to be a great process. The reality has been even better than hoped! Their patience in hearing my vision, the way they educated me on current styles (and, even, future styles), and then the procurement process went perfectly. We're nearing the end of this first project together and I can't wait to look at future homes with Joyce and Madeleine. Couldn't recommend House of Joyce more highly.
