Fran's independent design firm, FAID, has what her clients describe as "The EYE". She uniquely combines her marketing background with her interior design background to create environments that can combine a variety of different “styles” or “periods” for your project. Space planning, furniture selection and design, plumbing and lighting specifications are all in her "wheel house." Her style can be described as classically contemporary, and a little "out of the box"! FAID also practices what they fondly call "Stealth Sustainability" by seeking out long lasting or sustainable products and materials where ever possible and educating clients through the choices presented as the project unfolds. Fran completed her Interior Design degree at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and has worked in large multi-national business environments and small owner-managed companies; she can draw on this experience to understand and overcome the challenges and obstacles you face in creating your custom space. Her clients appreciate the best of different types of architecture and design and welcome the opportunity to use good design in their home to create a sigh of relief and pleasure when they walk through their front door.
