We have completed many many projects with The Eastman Design Group over our 23 year relationship. A big part of our service to clients is helping them creatively solve difficult design concepts in unusual spaces. Richard loves challenges. Curved Banquette seating is just one example, but Richard moves effortlessly in this arena, and produces fabulous spaces. We anxiously await our next collaboration because we know it will provide us an opportunity to do what we do best, help designers create beautiful pieces.

My wife and I are pleased with all the guidance and expertise that Richard brought to our experience of designing and building our new home. He had many insights as to what would make our home flow nicely from room to room, as pertains to elements to share with our architect. He was also of great assistance in selecting many things from a combination of his vendors and our builder’s, including: bricks and stone, paint colors, granite, cabinetry layout, tiles, bathroom design, plumbing fixtures and so much more. The whole project of making a million choices and building this house was much easier and less daunting because of Richard’s help!

Eastman Design Group remodeled my house in Memorial after hurricane Ike caused over $250,000 worth of damaged. Not only were they prompt with their meeting with me about the work I needed done, but they were very fair in price, courteous of my deadline, worked accurately, attentive to details and efficiently to complete the project in time. After completion I sold my house in three days, because of Richard Eastman unique creative design. Also, I have used him over 10 years on many other occasions with interior design/landscaping project and he always left the property better than it was whenever he began. I highly recommend Eastman Design Group for any Interior design, Remodeling and Landscaping work.

I would highly recommend Richard Eastman Design Group for any interior design/ exterior design/Projects or Landscaping.... I've known Richard for almost 10 years ...in that time frame he has completed several interior and exterior Landscaping projects for me and my family.... I swear... I think he can read minds because he has completed everything to my exact desire ....not only does he provide you with everything you ever wanted in a design project ...his business Acumen is excellent ..he's prompt, courteous and a wonderful designer.. The remodeling concept that Eastman Design Group conceived changed my old house from stuffy and compartmentalized to modern and open. From the mirror walled bathrooms with lots of space for everything to the main living room with greenhouse access through a massive glass wall this house became the home of our dreams. Custom tile design with rich hardwood floors created a harmonious theme that continued throughout the house. EDG raised ceilings, added a main beam, replaced AC ductwork and added a whole house Audio / Video and control system that operates using my android phone or my wife's ipad. But the best was the way that the Eastman Design group worked with me and my wife to select the right tiles, mirrored tiles, glass, doors, paint, fixtures, programmable light switches, alarm and control system, furniture and paintings.

After a house fore, Richard was able to quickly find a contractor to perform repairs and paint the entire interior. Given the stressful situation, I narrowed the color palette and then asked Richard to make the decisions. He made suggestions I would never have considered. I LOVE the results! My little house appears more open and brighter than it did before, even though the paint tone is darker. The contractor was experienced, professional, friendly and respectful. Richard and I discussed future upgrades to the home and how the functionality could be improved. I highly recommend Richard Eastman for any interior design or remodeling work.
