Nicola worked with us on renovation plans for 2 bathrooms and operates at a very professional level. She listened to the few ideas we had and came up with some very creative ideas and solutions to get the most out of the small spaces that are our bathrooms.The detail and preparation she puts into her projects cannot be faulted and her highly detailed plans and specifications must be easy to work from. She made herself available to oversee the start of the work and report back as we were out of the country at that time. She also works with highly reputable builders and suppliers so the end result speaks of quality.

Nicola drew up plans to transform my small, heavily shaded courtyard into a much more use-able and live-able space. She was able to interpret and translate my wish list in a very skillful, insightful and respectful way. She also liaised closely with suppliers and with McGarry Constructions who did the actual work. I'm really delighted with the outcome which has far exceeded my expectations.

Nicola oversaw our bathroom and kitchen renovations in 2012 - from design, selection of materials and appliances to project management. The outcome is fantastic - and I cannot speak highly enough of her helpfulness and attention to detail. Most importantly she has great taste and flair in her design work, and has created a 'feel' for the apartment that is stylish (I believe!) and cohesive. She went above and beyond in her follow-up of relevant trades and suppliers and ensured the job was completed to a very high standard. In addition she also selected other materials and fittings throughout the rest of the apartment and has an excellent supplier network to install or provide them.

Definitive Decor designed a new bathroom and kitchen for our apartment in Sydney's inner east and did a terrific job. Nikki was very good at sticking to our budget without compromising quality or aesthetics. She was also good at finding solutions to suit both mine and my husband's specifications which sometimes were disparate. One of our big goals was to maximise the space in our apartment and she was very clever in recommending for example that we use a sliding door insetad of swing to make the bathroom feel bigger. Really enjoyed working with Nikki and would do it again. Hire this lady - she is very very good!

Nikki has helped me countless times solve the smallest (and biggest) problems with three different rentals. Her suggestions and products were always spot on and turned every house into a home.
