Yashaswinee is great at understanding the needs and sensibilities of her clients. While respecting Client’s preferences, she effectively brings her own recommendations to them. Specifically in our project, she recommended excellent ideas to convert our open formal living in to closed Hindu prayer / meditation room. She balanced elements of simplicity, culture, and aesthetics in the choice of wall paper, wall color, tiles and even cabinet knobs. Thank you Yashaswinee in brining to life a long cherished dream!

Our experience with Yash, as our guide and advisor through the maze of contractors, flooring, paint, tile, bathroom hardware, lighting, rugs, decorating, and all the personal time she devoted to us and making us feel involved, comfortable, patient, and always a most pleasant and positive attitude and outlook, was our best investment of all, because she was the bridge between us and the contractors and success of our most prized investment, our home. We did a complete remodel of our entire upper floor of our split-level 3-bedroom home, involving the removal of a wall all new flooring, stairway, entry way, kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms. We needed to move out during the remodel, so we rented an apartment for two months and it was complete ready for occupancy as planned. She was the best and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who may ask. Jon

We did it, though! Your understanding, respectful and transparent attitude led us to the win - and what a beautiful house you got there!
Theo's wall of personal artefacts is still the best feature, I feel :-)

We were planning on remodeling all three of our mid 90s bathrooms, and while I was more than able to manage the general layouts, both my wife and I were at a complete loss on the tiles, paint, etc.. I sent out a "Hail Mary" and was super happy with Yash' pitch! She helped us with colors and tiles and they all look fantastic--especially the downstairs "hex tile" bathroom. Very happy with all of her choices, and I really appreciated how motivated she was. She was great with providing suggestions without putting too much pressure on us, and kept us up to date with the various orders et al as the project went on! I'd definitely go with Yash again for future projects--although after 3 bathrooms, we need a little time to recoup!
