We are an interior decorating, design and renovation project management business based in the Hudson Valley and Catskills Mountains area of upstate NY. We love the process of finding and transforming spaces so our clients feel good spending time in them! We provide seasoned guidance and knowledge about the use of color, furniture from different periods, textiles, lighting, artwork, decor, and how to create spaces with good energy. We pay close attention to how the flow of spaces, the direction each room faces, and how the sounds and views - from the inside of a space to the outdoors - can greatly effect the look and feel and of a home or business. And, we collaborate in planning, designing, and hiring for renovations that add both personal value and "return on investment" value for each home or property. We note trends, and pull from them, but we encourage our clients to design, decorate and renovate according to the style and period of the property itself, and their own aesthetic. We also offer a "prequel" to our decorating, design & reno project management services: real estate coaching and property search consulting. This can help our clients become educated on the home buying and potential re-designing/renovation process before they settle on a specific property. We are able to attend property showings for clients seeking primary residences or vacation properties, and provide in-depth video assessments, renovation recommendations, and report on visible aspects that might be flagged in an inspection. Our goal in this hybrid "lifestyle design" model is to bring to life what truly appeals and represents beauty and comfort for each of our clients.
