I moved into a new house while being pregnant and knew that I needed help furnishing the house, because choosing furniture and imagining space are definitely not my strong suits. I researched many North London interior designers and fell in love with Cigal Kaplan's designs. After Cigal explained what she does and gave us a quote, we thought hard whether it was going to be worth it but decided to take the plunge. Needless to say, that plunge was probably one of the best decisions we made in the whole home buying process. Cigal decorated and furnished our lounge and large conservatory within 2 months - which is nothing short of magic. We are absolutely in love with our space and just smile in awe every time we see it. It is incredibly beautiful but also feels like our own home. We absolutely could not have done it without her and her team's help. All her trade partners were reliable and helpful, she and her team were always very quick to respond to any queries via WhatsApp, and took away so many headaches for us. Cigal is also very detailed, she thinks of things we would have never thought of on our own. Cigal's service was not cheap for us, but well worth every single penny. 10/10 would recommend her to experience her magic!! Cigal, hope to work with you again in the future to redo the whole house! ;-)

I first contacted Cigal to renovate my daughter's bedroom. We had moved in recently and had some furniture that was left from the previous owner. We knew more or less what we wanted but Cigal and her team took it to a next level. It was a challenge as the bedroom was small, and we needed to optimise the space as much as we could because we also needed lots of storage. And we manage to get all of that! She was always responsive and engaged to the project and to any questions and concerns we had and gave her personal opinions when asked and we gladly took them. My daughter simply loves her bedroom and wants to show everyone that comes to our house. I highly recommend her and her team.

Central London - When moving into a new house (London), we knew that we wanted a calm and warm atmosphere, somewhere to come home to after a long and busy day. Whilst we knew this was the feel we wanted to create, we were not sure how to do this effectively - and knew that it was more complicated than just buying lots of things that looked like that might fit the brief! Decorating a house was not something we could do by trial and error either! Once colours and furnishings were chosen, if they didn’t work, it would be pretty hard to change it. We both know that our skills do not lie in design and pulling a room together in a way that is coordinated and stylish is not easy - we would end up picking things that looked nice as standalone but would not necessarily work when paired with other things. We also did not have the time, energy or contacts to coordinate the logistics of such a large project (tradespeople, suppliers, quotes and much more). Enter Cigal! She really took time to understand what we wanted, what we needed, how we lived our day to day life, what had/hadn’t worked for us before and what furniture we wanted to keep (family pieces, art etc). She then produced a range of designs and meticulously worked with the building teams to finish the job to perfection. She and the team were reliable, patient, responsive and friendly at all times. We felt comfortable with them to have open conversations and work together on this project. Cigal and her team have designed and implemented a gorgeous house for us which exceeds our expectations and is a joy to be in. 10/10 would recommend!

Atlas Building. I chose Cigal and her team to design the interior of my new flat. It was an excellent choice. She immediately saw what I wanted to do with it and made some great suggestions, often (very tactfully) saving me from making poor decisions! She organised all the necessary work using very professional but friendly teams and was super-responsive - responding to my questions, points and random thoughts by return. She obviously cares deeply about her work and the satisfaction of her clients. I am very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending her.

I have had a brilliant experience working with Cigal Kaplan and couldn't recommend her more. After struggling with two other decorators who spent countless hours measuring and developing expensive briefs but not getting far, I found a perfect match in Cigal. Cigal delivered a refurb oversight and complete overhaul of a tired 2-bed Central London flat. Everything from the design to finding builders was done within one month! She was very responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I hired Cigal to fully furnish my flat before I moved in. She has been an incredible organizer and got my place ready in just three weeks. Cigal handled the relationships with all suppliers and tradespeople while I was in another country. She has great taste, gives great advice on style and brands (awesome bedsheets!).
