Chelsea Jade Interiors

Chelsea is brilliant!! I would recommend this talented designer – she has been an absolute joy to work with! I hired Chelsea Jade Interiors to accessorise the lower floor of my home and I am extremely happy with the result. Chelsea took our vision and made it a reality. She has been lovely to work with and a great professional! She understood what we wanted and was able to come up with a list of products which were ideal to what we wanted. We had a bad experience with an interior designer who kept delaying our work for 14 months for other contracts which took priority and during this time came over three times as had forgotten what the ground floor looked like. This person took brief notes and produced a list of products which we considered unsuitable - they had clearly failed to understand the brief. I then emailed Chelsea Jade Interiors and to be honest I was not expecting much but I received an immediate reply. Chelsea came over 2 days later – late on a weekend - at a time which suited me and my husband. She took detailed notes, photographs and asked a lot of questions and a couple of weeks later we had a list of products which we loved! This lady is unbelievable – she is very generous with her time and provides advice and has made herself available out of office hours. She is extremely reliable, enthusiastic and makes you feel comfortable working with her and provides honest and appropriate advice. Chelsea also puts in the extra effort to make sure she is providing the ideal service - as a Muslim we wanted to display some Islamic art and it’s a field which Chelsea had no knowledge about, but she researched and came up with some lovely ideas. She also made the effort of going to furniture shops from which we were particularly keen to buy from, she didn’t have to do this, but she clearly puts a lot of time and effort into researching and presenting a list of products which suited us and giving us something we wanted instead of making do with. I would highly recommend this designer – thank you Chelsea!

My wife and I bought a house in February 2021 and though the interior decoration was adequate , but quite dated , we decided to completely refurbish the downstairs by making it more or less completely open plan . We also decided to completely redecorate the upstairs and have completely new fixtures , fittings etc as well as carpets and curtains . As neither of us had any experience in the interior design field , we decided to look for someone who could completely organise and oversee the work that we needed doing . We came upon Houzz website , which is a site that is completely dedicated to the interior design of your home and having submitted our requirements , we waited to see if any interior design specialists would contact us . Within a short time , I received a message from Chelsea Jade Interiors . On my initial phone call with Chelsea I briefly explained what we would like doing . We had a good conversation and her enthusiasm showed through from the beginning . Consequently she agreed to meet us at our house and discuss our prospective project . After the preliminaries such as explanation of her role , previous and current projects and fees etc took place . We discussed what we would like doing to our home interior . She was very receptive to our aims and listened to our ideas , as well as putting her own thoughts and suggestions to us . We have found Chelsea to be extremely knowledgeable , professional and friendly throughout the months we've been working for her . Communication usually through email has always been prompt , concise and clear . I would not hesitate to recommend her to any future clients of Chelsea Jade Interiors .

Could not recommend Chelsea enough! Very professional, organised and made the process a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be! The brief was understood perfectly and the outcome was perfect. I shall be using Chelsea for any future projects.

Chelsea helped design my new kitchen. She exceeded the brief and really helped me with a vision of how I could make the new space more practical and stylish within a small cottage. Chelsea is a great designer, very easy to work with, really good at understanding the brief and asking the right questions to find out exactly what you want! She's great at coming up with creative solutions to tricky areas and working within a budget. I would highly recommend.
