We recently bought a beautiful grade II listed house that needed total refurbishment and renovation. On opening the door, we quickly realised we desperately needed professional help. Charlotte Heather literally came to our rescue with her practical ideas, her creative flare and her fantastic team of builders, plumbers, electricians etc. Her ability to amalgamate our style (very modern) with a very traditional house was second to none. In particular she enhanced the beautiful features of the house, keeping it true to its tradition while allowing us to mix our modern furniture and paintings. We would highly recommend CHI for any project, big or small. Her practical skills together with her creative skills are pure magic for any home.

I enjoyed working with Charlotte Heather and her client on the Kitchen Design element of the project. Charlotte was actively involved in the project. She visited the Tom Howley showroom on numerous occasions to help with the decision making process and assisted in a professional manner.

I challenged Charlotte with a rather unusual brief, which was to design a welcoming dental practice in a small and difficult space. Needless to say, she saw the amazing potential of the high ceilings and full height windows. She introduced me to some beautiful Italian lighting for both the surgeries and reception and carefully sourced reception furniture which did not overwhelm the space and created a calm and welcoming environment. She is passionate about what she does and opened my eyes to amazing possibilities. The surgery is a lovely space and my patients and staff all enjoy their surroundings which are comfortable and not intimidating as some surgeries can be. The woman is a genius!

Charlotte has helped me several times over the last few years. She has an exquisite eye for design and detail, and has made some wonderful recommendations for different spaces in our 16th century farmhouse - living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms - even including outside living too. She can see a project through from initial consultation through to appointing contractors, overseeing the work and taking care of final snagging. Or she can just give you some colour advice. She can work to a wide range of budgets. I highly recommend her services.
