Caroline worked with me on the renovation of my tired bedroom and en-suite. She could see issues that I hadn't, and took great notice of the feel that I wanted in the rooms. I have ended up with a relaxing bedroom and invigorating bathroom, which is just what I wanted, the rooms are beautiful and i didn't feel pushed to go beyond what I wanted.

Caroline did a great job redecorating my lounge, looking closely at and working with my personal circumstances. I wanted to keep the carpet and built in cupboard and she put together a lovely new layout with a new sofa and footstool, two chairs, two side tables, a worktop, a ceiling lamp, and a color scheme inspired by one of my paintings. I'm very happy with the result.

I found caroline easy to get along with. I have a visual Disability and I wanted colour this time and caroline understood. After Caroline took some measuremand she came up with. A couple of lovely designs. I would highly recommend. I would use her again myself..

We had an unusual brief for Caroline as we were delaying a bigger building project and just wanted to zhuzh up our existing property so we can enjoy living it it for a few years without spending lots of money on things that would probably be replaced when we did our extension and loft. Caroline was the perfect women for the job! She worked carefully within our budget, using her depth of expertise in materials and suppliers she came up with a surprisingly high end feel! She had the brilliant ideas like colour blocking our living room up to a pretend picture rail. It was a beautiful and one of the most complemented things in our house now and we never would have thought of doing it on our own. She also came up with the ingenious idea of using special anti-bacterial wallpaper in our bathroom rather than expensive tiling and it works really well! She has a vast knowledge of suppliers and had a large number of contacts and trusted tradespeople which meant a lot of the stress was taken out of our project. Caroline was also very down to earth, enjoyable to work with and understood that houses with two young boys had to be hard wearing as well and pleasant to look at. I’d highly recommend Caroline, especially if you are trying if you are trying to achieve something stylish, practice and within a reasonable budget.

I contacted Caroline in August as my husband and I were looking to move and wanted help getting ready to sell. Caroline suggested her refresh service. She came and spent several hours at the house, and in that short time, the transformation began. Caroline has a really good eye for interior design but doesn’t impose her taste on you. She cleverly taps into your style and taste, but makes it better. Originally we thought we wanted to redecorate a particular room but Caroline said that as we were planning on moving it just needed refreshing. Instead we purchased a beautiful rug and two armchairs that Caroline sent links to, that we can take with us, should we ever move. Caroline isn’t all about buying new things. In most cases it’s about repurposing what you have already, repositioning furniture, thinning out and decluttering. Caroline has a lovely manner. She is easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to emails. She is gentle but firm about what needs to go ! Our house has been totally transformed. So much so, we are now almost reluctant to move. She has made us love our house again. Brilliant, such a worthwhile investment and enjoyable experience.

Working with Caroline was fantastic, she very quickly picked up my sense of style and taste, then put a design together right down to the small details that all worked beautifully and meant a gorgeous, stylish and extremely practical bathroom as a result. Add in that she’s lovely to speak with and I’d use her services again in a heartbeat!

Excellent help from Caroline. I opted for her 3 hour consultation service. Fir this, Caroline met me at my house, discussed options for every room, particularly how to make best use of the space available. She emailed me with plans, extra suggestions and researched which painter/ builder/ electrician might be available for my timescale. Amazing! I strongly recommend her services.

It was such a pleasure to work with Caroline, she instilled a lot of confidence in us with uncovering excellent storage ideas and solutions for our new flat. She is brilliant! She spotted solutions we never would have considered. She turned out flat into a home!! We now have beautiful spaces and colours we never would have selected without her guidance. Highly recommend Caroline. A brilliant result on a studio flat major refurbishment, with all elements covered, and with a tricky design solution required to partition off the bedroom area. All carried out from a distance of 10,000 miles, by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp and FaceTime, seemingly seamlessly. Caroline invested a great deal in the project, was very patient with my lay person's questions and queries, and produced a thoroughly well considered and thoughtful outcome. The wow feature introduced in the flat was a delightful surprise. Caroline's preferred builder was a fantastic bonus, and we all worked really well together.

I got into touch with Caroline about space design for a house I'd just purchased. I thought I had a clear plan for my lower ground floor remodel (kitchen, dining room, living room), but Caroline brought a clear understanding of the building and positively & constructively challenged my thinking on what I thought I wanted.

Caroline helped design my large lounge area in a short space of time, remotely, as I needed to complete before Christmas. She was very professional and kind to answer my many questions and queries. She is extremely creative, bringing ideas, colours and decor suggestions which I would never have thought of myself. All was done remotely with help of her amazing 3D software and mood boards via email. The end result is a beautiful, warm, contemporary lounge which has really improved the quality of my home environment. I am so pleased and would definitely recommend Caroline to friends and family.

We are delighted with the soothing, stylish bedroom designed by Caroline. A statement ceiling hadn’t been considered until Caroline showed us that a caramel blush hue on the ceiling would create that feeling of being gently cocooned. Caroline is responsible for transforming the bedroom into a calm, tranquil sanctuary. The remote consultation was easily arranged with room measurements and photos of key pieces/features sent prior to the virtual appointment. Caroline had prepared swatches, colour charts, sourced links to underbed storage, clothes organisation and window dressing options. She talked through ideas and showed us how colour choices impact on the space taking into account the wooden floor and west facing window. An accent colour could be introduced with soft furnishings; much easier to update the room with a new cushion or throw than redecorate. She listened to our requests about incorporating favourite prints and much- loved items. Her approach inspired us to be bolder with decorating choices resulting in a bedroom that is relaxing, contemporary and appealing. We can definitely recommend Caroline as we benefitted greatly from her experience and knowledge, her ability to communicate with clarity and purpose together with her intuitive capability of combining design with practical living.

Her advice on where to make the most of budget, where to spend and where to save, suppliers, places to source great pieces, and meticulous attention to detail was an oasis in the midst of all the stress of moving house. Caroline took my ideas and tastes and gave me all the direction I needed to turn a quite unexceptional maisonette with awful magnolia walls into a beautiful home that is already receiving lots of compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend Caroline. She is a not only a great interior designer, but also really wonderful to work with. She advised us on re-decorating our Edwardian house and very quickly understood our vision. I particularly liked the fact that she was able to work with different timelines in turning this vision into reality; we for example needed relatively quick advice on the flooring and Caroline's expertise was invaluable. At the same time, I enjoyed working with her over a more extended period of time to develop the design for the nursery. I also appreciate the fact that Caroline was happy to help with a variety of queries - ranging from practical and technical questions to wider, creative issues. I never considered myself a person who would consult an interior designer, but I'm really glad I contacted her. Redoing a property can be daunting, but I now feel in very safe hands.

It was a pleasure to work with Caroline on my lounge project and I am so delighted with the outcome. Caroline helped us to restyle our home. She added great colours and textures to the rooms to make them feel more cosy and welcoming. I liked her practical approach to design: everything she suggested is not only beautiful but also practical. She understands budgets and strikes a good balance between cost and quality. Caroline responded to my request to renovate my small bathroom almost immediately. She was friendly and by the end of our first phone call, I could already see a plan beginning to take shape. I had no idea where to start on this room as it had begun to deteriorate and rot significantly but she was able to sift through the problems. I had decided that I wanted to change the bathroom into a wetroom and Caroline had a really good knowledge of what needed to be done practically, plumbing, flooring, extraction etc as well as a really good approach to using the small space effectively. She gave me loads of advise on what will work or not and guided me towards various products at various costs to fit in with my budget. She also gave me details of tradespeople and she drew up a specification sheet for the project to assist me in going forward. She also created a pin board which was very useful in terms of finding a look that I liked and different options within that look. In conclusion, she managed to create a really lovely idea for the space which will make the bathroom a pleasure to use. All through the planning process, she has been available, kept to appointments and it was really great to work with her.

Having had the foresight to consider engaging an interior design consultant for some property refurbishment plans I had, I was fortunate enough to locate Caroline at the first attempt via Houzz. Within a matter of seconds I found Caroline’s passion and enthusiasm to engage with me and assess my needs irresistible, considering the vague outline I provided her with. Within a matter of days, following an on site appointment and a two and a half hour consultation (only meant to be two hours and all I was billed for) I was presented with a written report along with schematics as to what her vision of my property could look like. A real eye opener! I would strongly recommend Caroline to anyone looking to renovate their home requiring friendly, professional and fast advice on the possibilities available that mere mortals are likely to overlook. I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.
