Cai Staging & Design LLC specializes in assisting first time homebuyers and creating a sense of belonging in their newly purchase home. We also work with landlords and investors to create value in the rental properties through our design services. Lastly, our staging service assists real estate agents and home owners market their property to potential buyers. Bailey started Cai Staging & Design LLC because she is passionate about creating and atmosphere of "home". A home is a place of refuge. It's where a person feels safe and accepted. A home tells a story and expresses a person or family's interest. To create a home requires an emotional connection and sense of belonging. This is the embodiment of a "home" and we will work with you intimately to help reach your real estate goals and make any house a home.

It was a pleasure working with Bailey. She expertly furnished, designed and decorated my new home. She handled everything and kept me informed along the way; additionally, it was completed ahead of schedule. I knew from the outset that I was in good hands; she is trustworthy, reliable and hard-working. The final result is colorful, tasteful and thoughtful and exceeds all expectations. I couldn't be happier.

I recently used Cai Staging and Design and they did an amazing job! From the planning stages to the implementation, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and creativity was amazing. Bailey, the owner, is trustworthy and has great communication. I did not have a doubt in my mind that my space was going to be amazing! They not only met but exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for interior design services.

We had such an amazing experience working with Bailey! From the initial conversation, we knew that Bailey and her team were the perfect partners for our project. She took the time to truly understand our vision for our new home and truly cared about our project. She also was able to work within our budget and our tight timeline. Her communication style was perfect for us and she is very trustworthy! She communicated every step of the way, checked in often for feedback or suggestions and even checked in whenever she or any vendors arrived to our home since we hadn’t moved in quite yet. We are so happy with the results - she turned our house into our dream home!

Bailey is the best! She truly understood my vision for my space and made it come to life. I am so happy with the results of our project. I love how she's very communicative and prompt with answering questions. Very professional and would recommend her to anyone. Bailey did interior design for our apartment. She and her team changed paint colors, floors, lighting fixtures, and furnished and decorated the entire apartment. She was on budget and on time, and we love her design. The quality of work is great. We think the purchased goods are as good as they could be for the budget. Bailey is trust worthy, which was so important for us because we found her and worked with her remotely from another state. We only came over when Bailey had finished most of the work. It was a pleasure working with Bailey. She listened and brought our desires into her design. It was a great experience working with Bailey and we love the result of her work.
