Chief Designer, Buddy Warren, is know for being savvy and adept at making homes both beautiful and functional. As a former cognitive-behavioral therapist he knows how to listen and develop your dreams into a quality home. Buddy has perfected this skill with 20+ years of experience. In 1994 when Soho was still burgeoning as an artistic and commercial haven, Buddy opened Cranberry Hole Road, the first antique furnishings with a coffee bar in New York City. He painted an extravagant trompe l'oeil mosaic floor, which was soon to be a must see on Lafayette Street. The diverse array of furniture and decorative pieces attracted many famous faces, who traversed the premises and requested his services (custom murals, interior design, etc.). The trademark of his interior design philosophy is holism and this has wrought multiple projects, both residential and commercial. His specialty is creating an eclectic and unique look by juxtaposing many styles into a sleek blend of elegance and utility. As designer/contractor on jobs, he brings his hands on approach to design and service to its richest definition.

We are real estate brokers and refer Buddy often for mid-level projects. Have connected him to over 30 jobs. Hes pleasant, honest and operates with integrity. We have never taken "kick-backs", nor do we get anything back from him except appreciation and good craftsmanship for clients. He can problem-solve and is ingenious. Works well with decorators and architects but has his own teams too. Have known him for over a decade- renovating is scary but Buddy absorbs most of the stress.

Buddy had wonderful ideas, excellent execution, and the work was done on time ! The shower body was replaced, along with all new shower fixtures, which he chose and are beautiful. He found matches for tiles that were broken and replaced the sink.
