Amber is nothing short of a Design Miracle Worker. I had recently installed SpacePak central air and needed to cover up ductwork in my vestibule. Her vision not only solved a problem but created a stunning first impression of my home. Her design managed to not only hide this eye sore but also uplifted the visuals and functionality of my entryway by featuring hooks, a bench, cabinetry, and drawers that can host coats, hats, scarves, and mittens with ease. My home renovation also included a powder/laundry room in an extremely tight space. Once again, Amber dreamed up a beautiful half bathroom while at the same time maximizing every square inch with useful and gorgeous shelving and cabinetry, and somehow created the illusion of a barely there washer/dryer unit. Amber and her entire team are a pleasure to work with. She listens closely to her clients and seeks to understand their sense of style. Concurrently, she respectfully brings forth design ideas that honor the historical architecture and style, and brings you out of your comfort zone to imagine the most potential out of your space. She has a unique ability to prioritize comfort but not at the expense of producing an aesthetically pleasing and beautiful home. I definitely plan to hire Amber again for future home renovation projects. She's a pro through and through.

We started working with Amber just weeks after the pandemic started. While we had planned to renovate for some time, home confinement kick-started our efforts to reimagine and re-tool our tired kitchen. We knew that it would be a challenge to convert a 1930's home footprint into a contemporary space with modern amenities. We also knew that the universe of choices and styles was too overwhelming to take on ourselves. Recognizing our limitations, we engaged with Amber from the outset; we are so glad we did. Amber walked us through a design, planning, and bidding process that lasted for over a year. We started from the very fundamental motivations of why we wanted to remodel and what it was we wished for in a kitchen. She approached the entire process in a way that allowed us to consider choices in a logical and efficient manner. Those choices then drove the next stage of the process and so on. As that process evolved, we considered multiple layouts with varying degrees of construction, keeping in mind budget, disruption, and other factors. It was at this point we began to understand the value of experience that Amber brought to the table. Knowing whether something is possible or practical is essential to keep the project and plan moving forward. Once we began to finalize the plan and design, her input and involvement in the bidding and building process was as important, if not more so, than the design. I don't know that we would have made it through without her. We were so happy with the results of the kitchen that we engaged Amber to design and execute on a remodel of our living room and dining room. With all of the renovations, we made it clear to Amber that we wanted to stay true to the period character of our house (cir. 1930) so that the new fit the old. The biggest complement that we receive on the renovations is when people who see if for the first time - we have to point out what is new. That required design considerations from layout down to the hardware shape and finishes. We continue to get compliments, which is nice, but above all we enjoy the space so much more.

Our recent laundry room renovation was our second project with Amber and we are thrilled with how it turned out! Amber and her staff are all-around professionals, great communicators and excellent problem solvers. We highly recommend!

Each designer is unique and the services they offer their clients vary. Amber grabbed our attention with her willingness to learn more and grow but also her attention to detail. She wants to be sure to select products that fit the clients everyday needs but also the aesthetic they are trying to achieve. I worked with Amber on a completely new floor plan for my small kitchen. She listened to my needs and came back with a few different plans to maximize my counter and cabinet space. We are so happy with the final floor plan, my kitchen looks big, she helped to pick out the finishes and every drawer and cabinet was well thought out. Her drawings are clear and can be given to to general contractors for an estimate with them only taking a brief look at your space.
