I had the pleasure of working with Ally to design the interior of my new build home. I was initially very nervous with the whole process but Ally’s experience and knowledge of interior design soon relieved any anxiety I had. Ally was able to take my design board and meticulously curate samples that worked really well together and matched the vibe of what I wanted. The attention to detail was evident in every choice, from the color of the cabinets to the sleek countertops. The end result was a home that was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the design choices of my home and know that I will love it for years to come.

I had so much fun working with Ally who helped create our elegant living room space. She is personable, professional, talented, detail oriented and very reliable. Ally embodies innate artistic abilities that are combined with technical aspects of design that are evident from her professional education as well as her experience. She listens well and she helped me develop and execute a vision that I brought to her in its primitive stages. I love how she gave me inspiration and challenged me to think outside of my limited concept of design. I learned so much about design concepts from Ally! She comes highly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful living room space that you helped create, Ally. I am still in awe every time I look at it.

This is the second project we’ve worked on with Ally and we couldn’t be more pleased . She has an excellent sense of color and style and she very quickly assessed our home’s existing style and complemented it very nicely. We hope to work with her again in the future and we would recommend her to all of our friends and family. Thanks Ally for a wonderful project and it was so fun working with you! We love our home’s new look!

We were searching for a connection with a designer. Ethan Allen was our 3rd stop and we both instantly connected with Ally! She has positive energy, is firm in her design beliefs yet easily incorporated our style and wishes into her designs. Exactly what we needed! She isn't easily offended and truly wanted us to be happy. She has a great eye! Custom furniture can be scary, but we trusted Ally and LOVE the results!!

Ally was extremely professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help designing their home. She recently helped me redesign my living room and I couldn't be happier with the result. It turned out absolutely beautiful!! Thank you Ally!

Working with Ally was a pleasure! I bought a 1960's rambler that desperately needed some design help. Ally came to my house and measured the floor space and took photos. She was on time and has excellent communication. She took the time to find out what I liked, what colors I was drawn to and the feel I was going for. She did an overall design for my dining room and living room. I was thrilled with the final design! She has a great eye for color and texture and was mindful of furniture layout. It can be overwhelming to get a cohesive look for a new house, so I was grateful to have her help! I am now a firm believer in the theory of "you get what you pay for." The customer service from Ally, the Ethan Allen delivery team, and the furniture craftsmanship are unparalleled. Ally worked within my budget and incorporated furniture pieces that I already have. She was not high-pressure sales and respected my budget. The delivery folks were on time and had excellent communication for delivery window. Ethan Allen is a company that stands behind their furniture. There was a small tear in one of the side chairs and they came out and repaired it right away! You can't even tell it was there. I came to really appreciate that level of customer service in experiencing the stark contrast when dealing with other furniture companies. I ordered a new bathroom vanity from two different well-known companies. To get ready for the new vanity, we tore apart our only working bathroom in anticipation for delivery...and no vanity. I called customer service and they said they don't have to inform the client if there is a back order! I was furious so I ordered a replacement vanity from another company. That one arrived damaged and it took a month to get a refund (Ethan Allen does not make vanities otherwise I would have gone with them). In contrast, Ally called after every Ethan Allen delivery to make sure the items arrived ok. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen and Ally Fountain!

We loved working with Ally - she did an excellent job in listening to our needs, assessing the space and proposing a design that surpassed our expectations. We'd love to work with her again on future projects.

One of my very favorite designers I work with as an Interior Photographer is Ally Fountain. In every one of her projects, her creativity, her attention to detail, and her excellent taste is shown. She works efficiently and affectively to create stunning design projects, and has been a featured Interior Designer with Ethan Allen. If you are lucky enough to work with this rising star, I suggest doing so as I am positive you will have results you are thrilled with!

It was a pleasure to work with Ally as we furnished our new home. Ally did a fantastic job identifying our style and presenting options which fit well with the style of our home and our preferences. She is well informed regarding the products which Ethan Allen offers and was able to suggest multiple products, fabrics, finishes, etc. until we found just the right items for our home. We are extremely pleased with the way things turned out, and I do not believe we would have achieved this without Ally's design help. Ally is both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone!

I worked with Ally on an E-Design for my living room. I loved the color scheme and layout that she put together for my living room. She was able to work with some of my existing furniture and paint color. She found pieces that all work well together. She really understood the look that I was going for and nailed it!! All over email. She's in Bellevue, WA and I'm in Chicago, IL.

My husband and I wanted to update our living and dining rooms to a traditional but modern design and to make the space comfortable and inviting. Ally listened closely to what we were hoping to achieve with the design and asked great questions to get to know us, how we wanted to use the space, and to understand what aesthetic we wanted for the rooms. Ally then put together a design plan that nailed exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are now complete and both my husband and I are beyond thrilled with the end result. If you look at Ally's Newcastle living/dining room photos you'll see why we're over the moon with our new rooms. I highly recommend Ally and am excited to work with her to redesign our bedroom!
