Charlie made sure our shutters and blinds were ordered and installed BEFORE we moved into our house. We were so impressed they arrived on time and installed just before our big move to give us the privacy we needed. The quality of the shutters and blinds are top notch, their customer service is fabulous and their prices are extremely competitive. Charlie even went above and beyond his call of duty and helped me measure every window in our house for drapes…so awesome and greatly appreciated!! We highly recommend Charlie and Window Decor for your shutters and/or blinds!!

We recently moved into a new home and were more than a little overwhelmed with all the window covering decisions that needed to be made. Window Decor was recommended to us and we were beyond pleased with their help. They took time to understand our needs and tastes and gave us various options for each room. They were were cognizant of our budget and worked to provide a beautiful and cost effective solution. Their installation was quick and precise. All the staff at Widow Decor from sales to installation were a real pleasure to work with as they are all genuinely focused on great customer service. They worked hard with us to install frameless and motorized screens on the porch - the result looks absolutely amazing! Bottom line, we love our home and are extremely happy with the wonderful window treatments Window Decor created for us.

Very professional! Installers were polite and focused on the installation. Cleaned up all the packaging and took it with them. Loved the blinds and shutters. This was my 2nd house I have used Window Decor. I would highly recommend this company !!!

Sorry to report an unacceptable experience with this company. New construction during a pandemic is, of course, a difficult situation. We’ve had vendor delays, and have settled all of them. Not so with WindowDecor and after long delays, unreturned phone calls and averte blinds cut to the wrong size (after measurements taken) we are still waiting..... for months. Now I hear the blinds are shipping and according to Lisa, will have to wait for installation. Save yourself frustration - there are plenty of reputable window dressers in Louisville - I would not recommend this one.

The whole process from selecting the type of window coverings, the measure and install was fantastic! The timeline that I was given for ordering, delivery, install was actually a bit quicker than the expectations I was given. Juan was such a pleasure to work with and everyone in the office that I talked to including the installers were professional, friendly and answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. The quality of the woven shades I ordered are excellent and beautiful; exactly what I expected to get. I would definitely use Window Decor again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is in need of window coverings. I'm a big fan!
