She was amazing... we went through Susan to hang wood blinds throughout our new home and curtains for two-story windows in our family room.

Susan Gillen created and installed the window treatment on a large wall that also has a door leading out to a courtyard in our ladies locker room lounge area at Cedarbrook Country club. She was very professional and easy to work with during the entire project. She also came up with a unique design to cover the large door hinges that interfered with our previous treatments. She had many selections of fabrics to choose from and was helpful in the selection and design possibilities . She also informed us when the fabric was delivered to her and that she had begun her labor of sewing which we appreciated. . A few weeks later , the work was completed and a date was quickly made for installation. . The end result is a gorgeous custom window treatment that is very high quality ! . The women of our country club in Blue Bell, PA , are enjoying their newly decorated lounge area Immensely and we would highly recommend Susan Gillens workmanship to others!

Over the past few years Sue has completed all the window treatments in our home, which is a traditional row house in the Society Hill section of Philadelphia. We chose Roman shades primarily and used natural fabrics - linen and silk. The shades are gorgeous - understated, elegant and well crafted - as well as expertly installed.
