We procrastinated and didn't report the problem to John for quite a while. When we did he corrected the issue promptly without charge. Thank you for the excellent service John!

The Blind Man is by far was the best choice for our home. We have a large colonial, big old windows and was very nervous/unsure on how to do our blinds to be effective, stylish, and affordable. My husband and I had heard stories about how getting professional blinds was a very expensive job so we were hesitant. We heard about John from the Blind Man from my father in law who had his windows done.....and they came out BEAUTIFUL. We called John, told him we kind of had an idea of what we wanted but that we also needed help decided. John came over that same week with all of his samples and walked with us throughout the entire house showing us ideas and giving us advice. He NEVER pushed us, pressured us or tried to make us decide right away. He was honest, professional, and so polite. When we made our decision he ordered everything and installed them as soon as they came in. We could not have been happier with the results, I now LOVE our windows when I used to dread the idea of treating them. John did the entire front of house as well as our bedroom slider. About a week later, we noticed one of the blinds on the slider was a bit off so we called John. He ordered a brand new one and came right away and replaced it...now it is perfect. What a WONDERFUL local business to work with, I can't say it enough. The best part of everything? Literally a FRACTION of the cost anywhere else!! I was blown away that we could actually afford to do this, zero heartburn whatsoever. I will absolutely recommend The Blind Man to everyone! Call John, you will be so happy you did!

We had new Hunter Douglas window treatments installed in our home. That might sound like a relatively simple project, but there are so many choices in terms of styles and colors that it can be overwhelming. John (The Blind Man) was wonderful in providing samples for my husband and me to look at and gave us lots of useful advice. He made several trips to our home, including on a Saturday, to help us resolve some issues as we made our decision. We have actually used John before for our window treatment needs and he has always provided excellent service and competitive prices. John is very knowledgeable and professional.
