Shade Brothers

In 2021 we used them for all our windows, slider and garage screen rated for 80 mph. Over all experience was very good however our garage screen stopped working even though we seldom used it. They were timely to bring it to their shop. Now this stinks. They claim something hit the screen and I promised that nothing touched li. They want 1200.00 to replace the screen. So basically they are calling me a liar with no give. The owner said we can’t even give me a break because they never have given a break to anybody and it wouldn’t be fair to them. Never ever ever will I use or recommend the shade brothers again. I do not take being called a liar lightly Satisfaction not meeting their claim period

We had Shade Brothers install blinds on our lanai last month. Andy and Dyllan were here for about an hour. Very professional, speedy, gave us instructions on how to use the shades, and cleaned up everything before they left. We are very pleased with the product and the installation.

We are extremely satisfied with the professional service and the shades by Shade Brothers. When we first visited the showroom Delaney, in a very helpful manner, showed us the displays and gave us an explanation of the lithium battery motors for shades. Tina, a very knowledgeable sales person, brought many samples of materials to our home. Tina explained which materials would or would not work for our window sizes. Tina did not rush us to decide on the material or color. Josh quickly and accurately measured for the shades. Andy and Dylan, the installers, were timely in arriving for the installation and explained the remote control. Andy and Dylan also returned for small adjustments.
