Manhattan Window Fashion

If I could give them zero stars I would. The blinds they installed two years ago are already broken (fraying on the sides and shade cannot actually go up all the way so we have no light in our master bedroom). We contacted them and it took two weeks to get a call back. They told us they were a bit behind with repairs do to Covid (which is understandable) and that we would be contacted for repairs in the next two weeks. That conversation took place in August, it is now October and we have not heard back. I have also called their customer service line weekly since then and only have the ability to leave voicemails and not actually speak to some one. Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received. We have now given up and will reach out to Shade Store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT BAD QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE.

I know that I want and I expect certain level of service. I got a beautiful solar shades and wood blinds that fits my budget. They have an impressive showroom and selection of window treatments was amazing. Their designer transform our space into heaven. I am very pleased with their service and will certainly recommend and use them for my future projects. -- Dr. A

Great product, good price & very good service! We were very impressed with Window Fashion. We were looking for an affordable window treatment. Window Fashion did for us a free designer consultation with a lot of samples, free measurement and after all great prices a free installation. We are very happy with a our new window treatment. Highly recommend!!!

After we finally got our keys from our new apartment, our new super suggest us manhattan window fashion as "the best" window treatments in NYC, so we called them for solar shades. Next day, we got a superb designer with over 5 books of samples, we've been freak out with a millions combinations to choose from, so their designer really did a fenominal job with this % of light and colors. About three and half weeks later their installers show up by our door with amazingly crafted motorized solar shades, I wish I could show her the pictures, this is awesome, we never had such a high quality shades in my life. Highly recommend!
