Kugler's Home Fashions was simply amazing. Sam, the owner, is a genuine person who cared deeply for us as customers. He listened to exactly what we liked, offered all options that fit our profile, and then even made personal trips to our house to show us how things would look before we made our purchase. Sam was always on top of things, and kept in the loop with constant communication. There was never a moment where my wife and I felt out of touch. Sam is such a trustworthy person that we even allowed him in our home when we were not present. The installation process was fast, efficient, and 100% clean. Sam would even follow up to make sure that we absolutely loved the products and service, which we did. We were completely satisfied with the personal touches that each room in our house received. We don't just consider Sam a professional business man, but a good person whom we can now call "friend".

Sam is THE BEST! He shows up when he says he will-- listens to what you need and gets the job done well! I've used him for all our windows of the remodel/expansion of our house and recommended him to clients! Can't say enough positive comments about him!
