I have had the best experience working with Jordan and Jessi on custom drapes for our bedroom. I emailed Jordan after being referred by our realtor who spoke very highly of her. She got back to me quickly and was incredibly kind and professional even when I had to reschedule our consult more than once! She and Jessi arrived at our home with books of fabric options, and they spent at least an hour helping us find the right fit. I felt very taken care of and confident in their process and decided quickly that I wanted to work with them! They really know what they’re doing. One of the most standout aspects of this company is how even after the sales part was finished, Jordan was as consistently communicative, helpful, and kind as when she was trying to earn our business. I love this company, Jordan came out to our home and met with my wife and I. It was great because she brought samples of all the blinds with her and we were able to customize them in our home rather than having to go to a showroom. Once they were ready the install team did a fantastic job and were in and out in no time. They wore masks and kept everything very clean which we really appreciated. We will definitely use them for future needs. Highly recommend!!
